Really appreciated working with Josh at Cody! With the crazy building world we live in, he made our pool building experience great. The pool was built in a timely manner and everything was always communicated on time and delivered when promised. Josh was upfront and told us what was happening before it happened. When beginning our pool building process we got quotes from many different companies. Our reason for choosing Cody was their size and ability to deliver in a timely manner, which they did. We’ve had an amazing experience with Cody and would highly recommend them. Our designer Mike took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and was able to do an excellent job balancing cost, functionality and layout. Our project manager Brent was also beyond excellent. He was on the job site regularly and fixed any issues that cropped up immediately. He took our concerns seriously and was awesome to work with. The workers on site for every step of the job did outstanding work, and were always kind and respectful of our space. We finished nearly a month ahead of schedule as well!
Kyle Beck (sales) and Kyle Lawless (PM) did an excellent job helping us design and choose the features we wanted to add our little slice of pool heaven to our new home. While we dealt with a delayed and difficult build of our new home, Cody Pools provided us a much better customer experience on the pool build. This was our first time to have a pool and we couldn’t be happier with Cody Pools and the two Kyles who made it happen.
Josh Taylor and his team did an outstanding job navigating the construction of our 20ft raised pool in Lakeway. He was attentive to our schedule needs, and communicated very well at all stages of the project. Would highly recommend both Cody pools and Josh as the project manager for the build.
Second custom pool for us by Cody Pools, both designed by Peter and both experiences were first rate. Special thanks to Kyle, our PM on this project. Details and good communications are what make the difference to us and Kyle made sure all his teams measured up to our expectations. . . .Made any bumps in the road disappear. Start up and pool school was really well presented, and we really enjoy the new Pentair controls and in-floor cleaning systems, all app based and intuitive. Overall a great experience with a great team: innovative design for a challenging topology, solid project management and a great kick off.
Update: They have since made right on the repair and have provided the level of service that we expected from them. 1 year into a repaired tile spillway all the grout fell out of the spa. Service won't address and stating they are out of warranty, although it is within days of 1 year from when the repair was made. This along with countless other issues from the start have been dismissed or not repaired. Leaking auto-fill, Spa waterfall not initially installed level, improper installation of sundeck just to name a few. Its a shame that this is the level of service we receive from such a large pool builder.
