Really appreciated working with Josh at Cody! With the crazy building world we live in, he made our pool building experience great. The pool was built in a timely manner and everything was always communicated on time and delivered when promised. Josh was upfront and told us what was happening before it happened. When beginning our pool building process we got quotes from many different companies. Our reason for choosing Cody was their size and ability to deliver in a timely manner, which they did. We would and have recommended Cody to many people. Thanks Josh and Cody Pools for delivering!

We’ve had an amazing experience with Cody and would highly recommend them. Our designer Mike took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and was able to do an excellent job balancing cost, functionality and layout.

Our project manager Brent was also beyond excellent. He was on the job site regularly and fixed any issues that cropped up immediately. He took our concerns seriously and was awesome to work with. The workers on site for every step of the job did outstanding work, and were always kind and respectful of our space. We finished nearly a month ahead of schedule as well!

Kyle Beck (sales) and Kyle Lawless (PM) did an excellent job helping us design and choose the features we wanted to add our little slice of pool heaven to our new home. While we dealt with a delayed and difficult build of our new home, Cody Pools provided us a much better customer experience on the pool build. This was our first time to have a pool and we couldn’t be happier with Cody Pools and the two Kyles who made it happen.

Josh Taylor and his team did an outstanding job navigating the construction of our 20ft raised pool in Lakeway. He was attentive to our schedule needs, and communicated very well at all stages of the project. Would highly recommend both Cody pools and Josh as the project manager for the build.

Details and good communications are what make the difference to us and Kyle made sure all his teams measured up to our expectations. . . .Made any bumps in the road disappear.
Start up and pool school was really well presented, and we really enjoy the new Pentair controls and in-floor cleaning systems, all app based and intuitive.
Overall a great experience with a great team: innovative design for a challenging topology, solid project management and a great kick off.

Update: They have since made right on the repair and have provided the level of service that we expected from them.

1 year into a repaired tile spillway all the grout fell out of the spa. Service won't address and stating they are out of warranty, although it is within days of 1 year from when the repair was made. This along with countless other issues from the start have been dismissed or not repaired. Leaking auto-fill, Spa waterfall not initially installed level, improper installation of sundeck just to name a few. Its a shame that this is the level of service we receive from such a large pool builder.

Highly recommend! Selecting and constructing a pool is a significant decision. Mike Livingston of Cody Pools was the consummate sale professional. He was creative, responsive and patient. We have a unique yard with limited access, but Mike was undaunted. The end product matched exactly what was discussed and designed. Cody Pools had a resource that was dedicated specifically to helping us with the permitting process. When it came time for actual construction, Josh Taylor and his team were extremely professional and thorough. What impressed us the most was how seamless and well-orchestrated the entire process was. For example, when excavation concluded, the next crew arrived the very next day, and so on. There were little to no idle days. Cody Pools delivered excellent quality, excellent value; they were extremely professional and very responsive.

We worked with Sam on our design and he was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and so much fun to work with.

We though it couldn’t get any better than Sam, but our builder Josh was equally amazing. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and kept things on time and moving quickly and hit all deadlines that he promised. We had a couple minor issues after the project was completed (normal stuff for such a huge project) and Josh has continued to be responsive and helpful.

I genuinely can’t recommend Cody Pools enough.

I had Cody Pools build my pool four years ago. I was initially happy because they were fairly efficient in building the pool but I found out recently that plumbing was not done to code (it's missing an RPZ backflow preventer, which is apparently required because it can contaminate your water) and after four years the coping is falling apart and there is a crack on the concrete deck. When I called them, they just said it's out of warranty and wouldn't help with anything. I would take my business elsewhere.

Josh Taylor built our pool with Cody which was completed in April. Josh’s communication and attention to detail was fantastic during the process. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Cody Pools.

We went with Cody Pools due to a recommendation from a friend who was in the middle of a project with them. We can't be happier with the whole process. Matt Hicks came out right away and designed a pool that was exactly what we were looking for. Kyle Lawless handled the rest. Our experience with Cody Pools was fantastic. From the very beginning, Michael Snyder took extra time and paid attention to each detail of our pool design. He is smart, efficient and has a great personality. Once our pool build started, Josh was our superintendent and we did not ever worry that the job was not getting done well and timely. Having Cody Pools build my pool was my worst experience of my life. 3 months after my pool was built, I had a major issue with my pool deck and could not get them to fix it.
