Servpro did a great job with our water damage cleanup. Brandon Ortiz was assigned our job and he took very good care of our home. He showed up on time and was very professional. He took the time to answer all my wife’s questions. Plus explain to us what was happening and what he was doing to take care of the situation. Thank you Brandon O. And Servpro!

James was absolutely amazing and SO helpful! My boyfriend currently has a major roof leak and James was amazing and very informative! Definitely will use this company again!

Abel took the lead and was amazing and Ioan came on the weekend (yes they work weekends) and was super helpful.

We had a water leak somewhere in the middle of the house and they showed up almost immediately. Setup equipment, monitored every day, and worked hand and hand with insurance to make our lives as stress free as possible.

I hope nothing like this EVER happens again but would recommend them for others.

Brandon, James & Zack were amazing! I’ve never had a company respond so quickly! These guys came in and handled everything. Braylen and Josh were so helpful in restoring so many homes at my community. On May 28th they were out on the property at 11pm and stayed till about 4am extracting water from homes and placing drying equipment. They have also been to the property every other day, checking in on Home and How. They’re trying to make sure everything’s happening quickly. They were really helpful and stayed in communication with not only the office management, but also some of the residents who are asking for updates great job guys!

The Servpro remediation team did a great job of cleaning up the water damage in our house, and the content division did an excellent job of packing up our furniture and household goods, storing our belongings and returning everything at the end of the reconstruction process. Richard, the team leader, is a true professional, and he and his young assistant named Carlos were very careful and conscientious in the way they protected and transported our belongings. And I want to also thank Bertha and the packing team and Debra, who handled the documentation for the important roles that they played in the process. I highly recommend Rich and his highly-skilled team of coworkers!*****

Exceeded my expectations! It’s very stressful to wake up to water damage in your home. Braylen came in and took charge immediately. He communicated exactly what he was doing throughout the week and took such care in everything that he had to remove. I have recently had horrible service with Home depot. I went to buy granite and backsplash for a total around $3k. We were told that start to finish would be 3-4 weeks. I did not even get measured until 6 weeks out then they took another 2-3 weeks to fabricate and 2 weeks tile they could install. NOW they still have to do the backsplash and wont measure till the granite is in or even take an appointment for the day after it is put in. I have to wait again for 1 month to get an appointment for the people to measure! If I had know this I would not have started the process. BEST PART is that I have called repeatedly trying to give them money and order the backsplash and every time I get a guy that says they will have to call me back......NO CALLS YET! I had to find a number to the corporate HQ and find my way to a AWESOME customer service rep who has helped push the pen a little and get some fires lit. I should not have to do this every time i want to make a purchase. It seems as if they are 1. Understaffed, 2. Don't care because they don't work on commission as I was told. I used to have great service but I guess when you want to spend alot they don't have what it takes to get the job done.

I would not recommend anyone buy Granite or Backsplash from these people.

I bought Defender Home Security system through Home Depot. Before selling a product, Home Depot should try to install it themselves or, better yet, have an installer on site. Trying to get support from Ontario Canada has proved to be futile. The main reason is installation involves a third party---in my case, Time Warner Cable. TWC was most cooperative, even though I was trying to install a separate system.

This is the second time I have been disappointed due to following up on a Home Depot recommendation.
