We were out of town when we received a call that our house was full of water. A friend told us to call ServPro. They told us not to worry about anything and just to have a safe trip home. By the time we got home, several hours later, the water was completely cleaned up, the leak repaired, the damage evaluated and documented, and fans were blowing! It was such a relief to have such a great team on our side. One of my friends had almost the exact thing happen and the company she used made giant holes in her walls and ceiling. ServPro drilled holes in the baseboards and worked really hard to do minimal additional damage while making sure all the water was removed. One more thing... When I first walked in to my mess of a house, one of the workers patted me on the shoulder and told me, "It wasn't a fire, you still have your things, and it wasn't sewer water, this is fixable and we've got it!" I instantly felt so relieved and so grateful we had this crew! Highly recommended!

We contacted Lakeway ServPro after being hung out to dry by another company. The company was so helpful in explaining the process to dry out the water damage to our office and then complete the reconstruction.
