I filled the on line form to get someone to give me quotes on work I need done. They have not responded so they must be too busy. If they won't call back I feel they might not show up to do the work on time so I won't be using them.

Rockview was recommended by others in the neighborhood and now I know why! They collaborated with me on my vision and gave great ideas and advise. They were responsive along the way, and did the entire job in a single day. We are happy enough that we asked them to come back and give us a quote for another couple projects around the yard.

I’m very happy with the work Andy and his crew did. I had an unfunctional backyard and they fixed my drainage issues, planted flowers, installed an irrigation system, and replaced the mulch and pebbles. My yard looks great now, and it only took them a couple of days, plus the cost was very reasonable.

I have used Andy Alcala and Rockview Landscapes for several projects in Austin and they have always done an incredible job. Andy is very reliable, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and one of the hardest working individuals I have met in my long run managing projects in Austin. I would highly recommend his company and services.

Andy and his team are the greatest. Very personable, flexible, knowledgeable and friendly. Out of five calls to local landscapers to get bids, he was the first to respond. He remained very responsive to our every need throughout our lengthy project. Even when we changed things up on him. The results were beautiful at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them again! We highly recommend them.

Rockview Landscaping helped me install a 2 tiered metal raised bed, a stone patio w/ a small retaining wall (to create a mini garden area around it), stone steps up to my patio and updated my sprinkler system to include an extra zone for the new raised beds. And it looks FABULOUS!!!
While looking good is obviously the most important part I also want to add that working with them was an absolute pleasure.
- I had a previous company help with a part of the installation and they not only did a bad job but also gave me the "it looks great so you must be wrong" run around. Andy and Stephanie took great care to understand what I wanted and encouraged me to speak up if I had any questions or concerns - they were deeply committed to making sure I was happy with the final result.
- During the work, they communicated well about the plan and the progress. If there was a decision to make, they also made sure I knew the options as well as any pros/cons. I really appreciated this because I am very aware that I am not a landscaping specialist - nor do I want to be one - and the information they provided let me make informed decisions without have to blunder through a bunch of google searches.
- Their crew is also awesome! Super nice and thoughtful - they clearly did a great job on the contracted work but they caught a few things that the other landscapers had done and just corrected it to make sure I wasn't left with any issues (like capping 2 sprinkler heads under my new porch that were missed).
- Last but not least, the cost was super reasonable. I knew the request wasn't going to be "cheap" - so I liked that their quote was easy to understand (which helped me make decisions on scope and materials) and felt very fair (especially when I think about digging out space in ground that is predominantly rock!). The 2 changes made during the process were discussed (one even ended up in them providing a credit back to me even though I didn't realize it would!) - I love that I didn't feel "nickel and dimed" at all during the process. What a breathe of fresh air! And the quality of the work very much stands up to the cost.

All in all, if I need any more work done, I will 100% call them first!

I can’t say enough good things about Rockview landscape. They did our landscaping in front and back, outdoor lighting, laid stone pavers and irrigation work. They have been absolutely amazing to work with. They were very responsive, listened to all our needs and wants and followed through. They made our back yard an oasis! Not only that, they are incredibly kind people. We will continue to use Rockview landscaping for years to come.

Andy, Stephanie and their team are stellar to work with. We did a complete front and rear yard landscape overhaul in October/November 2022, including natural stone retaining walls, walkways, planting of 15+ trees, irrigation reconfiguring and sod. Everything came out as planned and on budget. We never had to deal with hidden fees and last minute invoices. We worked through challenges and concerns together. We had used other landscape companies previously, but we have never had someone so focused on customer satisfaction as Andy's company, Rockview Landscapes. When we were considering using them, Andy came out to discuss what we were looking for, listened carefully, and then made suggestions to improve what we were asking for. We hired them and they showed up ON TIME for the work. Not only did they do what they said they would, but they went over and above the work, coming back a number of times to repair or fix issues that were not even theirs! On top of that, Andy always thanks us for continuing to recommend them. His company works the way most companies should by providing amazing customer service and communication. I'd recommend his company to anyone looking to do new landscape design, sprinkler layouts, repairs, you name it. Recently we had a sprinkler line crack and I pinged Andy and boom, he was on it the very next day with guys out here to repair. Just amazing service. He has a customer for life. Rockview Landscapes did an amazing job on our yard! Andy, the owner, took great care in helping us determine what made sense for our yard, and gave us different options to fit our budget. The crew working at our house was meticulous and efficient, even in 100 degree weather. I highly recommend them!

Andy and Martin are fantastic. We received several bids before moving forward with Rockview and couldn’t be happier that we did. Communication, punctuality, flexibility and workmanship were amazing. I wish all contractors were as great to work with as these guys. I have a feeling that they’ll be receiving a lot of phone calls from our neighbors in the near future. I have enjoyed working with Andy, Martin and crew. They did an excellent job with our backyard hardscaping, bringing our vision and design to life. He communicates consistently and is so easy to work with! His after-project customer service is great, and I’ve since used Andy and Stephanie again to redo portions of our landscaping. Andy, Stephanie and team just completed our post pool construction landscaping and hardscaping project and were a dream to work with. They extended our pool deck with a new paver patio, added 2 raised gardens and 1 at-grade garden, replaced portions of yard with rock, added new trees and plants for all of the gardens, repaired our sprinkler system and added new sod to the side and front yard.
