I highly highly recommend this company! Very professional, skilled, hard working, courteous and friendly. It took them all of 30 minutes to complete a dish washer job that was giving us trouble for months. Really wish we would have known about them sooner but we do now. They’ll definitely be getting all of our future appliance gigs 🙌🏼

James did a great job fixing the defrost system on our Viking refrigerator. He was professional, knowledgeable, and right on time. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future repairs.

Five Star service from The Appliance Family. Had a gas leak in my stove. They responded on yelp within 10 minutes and I had an appointment the next day. I highly recommend their services as I have dealt with other companies that you have to chase down to even make an appointment.

Dryer repair was fine, but during the visit the tech closed my washer lid on a shirt, breaking the latch. They denied it happened, took a week to get the part, and charged $199 for a 10-minute fix. As a business owner, I value customer service—sadly, they don’t. Won’t use again or recommend.

Contacted The Appliance Family to seek assistance with my dishwasher that was giving error messages; specifically, it failed to drain or work properly. He answered all my questions and set up an appointment. James showed up exactly on time, correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. A few hours after their repair visit, and my dishwasher is back to performing. Very pleased and would use them again.

Excellent and efficient service. We were having an issue with our Viking freezer. I called The Apppliance Family and explained the problem. They set us up with an appointment the next day and Bryan, the technician, arrived with the necessary part and completed the repair in one visit. It was one of the best appliance repair experiences we have ever had. Bryan was knowledgable and clearly explained what was going on with the freezer and what he would be doing to correct the problem. Highly recommended.

We have a built in side by side refrigerator. Last Friday afternoon, the ice maker malfunctioned and the water would not stop. The water shut off was in the back of this huge unit so I had to flip the breaker to get the water to stop. I called in a panic and was VERY LUCKY that there was a technician near us who could come that day. Steven arrived, diagnosed the issue, and we were VERY LUCKY a second time because he had a whirlpool ice maker on his truck! He was in and out in an hour. We will definitely use this company for our future needs.

This was the most efficient and professional in home repair I have experienced. Bryan was great. He came early, after confirming I would be home. He quickly diagnosed the fan problem. He had the part and repaired my refrigerator on the spot. He confirmed the problem was solved (it is) while explaining everything to me. He quoted price was fair. I am very happy.
