The Appliance Family took care of the issue very quickly. We had a dryer go out. He scheduled a repair for the next business day. The dryer was old so he explained he would check it out first and see if it was worth repairing. It turned out it was in otherwise good condition. He replaced a roller and the heating element. He was in and out in 30 minutes. It was a joy to watch an expert work. I was very happy with the price as it was a very reasonable value.

I called The appliance family and Aj picked up Monday evening, and was able to send Steve the next day to repair a dishwasher that was leaking water onto my kitchen floors! Steve fixed the issue and my kitchen floors are clean finally. Will be my go to applaince repair company.

Called because my Kitchen Aid refrigerator had ice building up on the wall of the fridge side. They came out and fixed. Literally moments after they leaving, my ice dispenser stopped working. Called and they said it was a coincidence. I think something happened during repair. I had to pay $120 to come out and fix....they said it was a discount! Following the "repair", the dispenser stopped working within days. AND NOW the the original reason for the call the ice has building up inside the fridge is back a month later! So following their repairs my ice dispenser doesn't work and the original problem doesn't work. Too upset and don't trust to have them come out again.

The Appliance Family showed up to diagnose my 2009 Maytag Refrigerator that quit working. The issue was discovered within minutes. Our tech, Enrique, was honest with us in his findings and recommended a new refrigerator instead of trying to sell us on an unworthy and high-cost repair (burnt out compressor). Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me at 8:00 in the morning and were here with 30 minutes of the discussion. They were able to remove and replace two hot water heaters in the day, within the timeframe that I needed the work done. It was easy and they did a great job.
