Where is suffering from a small problem going on for a long time and this guys just did an amazing job cleaning the whole house and making everything look like new. We've been in our house for 22 years not knowing that our return air for our 1st floor was never installed properly. Our air has been heavy, heavy dust on tables and floor, smell has been moldy. I had uneven air distribution from heating/cooling system as some rooms were getting too much air flow and others none. Donald Duct & Steam redesigned and replaced the duct work. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I now have much better air flow in all the rooms of my house.

Great company, very helpful and kept us informed on all stages. We had a mold issue in our vents and they quickly identified the problem, switrched out the worse cases for new and cleaned everything else. They also spotted a problem on vent sizing where we'd been struggling cooling the rooms in question. They changed them out for the correct size and now everything is cooling well. Cleaned up after and were a pleasure to work with.

I called them to inspect and clean the ducts in my home because there was a couple of rooms that weren't getting cool enough. The guys arrived as planned and were very professional, gave me options in clear terms I could understand, and offered ideas that would help my issue. As it turns out my ducts didn't need cleaning and besides it would not have been a big factor in the diminished flow we were experiencing. The inspection pointed out what can be done now, and if I wanted in the future to take care of the ducts. Can you believe it? they didn't try to sell me on some fancy this or that, only offered some advice and promised to send me a info about a good filter. OMG, this was honest, professional service. I will definitely be calling them again when I need the services they offer with full confidence that I will get the best solution for my issues.

Donald Duct team came out today afternoon to clean out the dryer vent. Three technicians showed up promptly at 2pm (for appointment at 1-4pm) with a courtesy call before they arrived. They inspected the location of dryer vent exit, which was in the addict, gave us a reasonable quote, and started working right away. Everything was done quickly and finished within 30 minutes. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned behind the dryer area for me. Thank you. We will be using Donald Duct again next time.

Used for the dryer vent cleaning service. They were able to schedule a time within a couple days of my call. Arrived on time in the two hour window provided. Very professional and polite. Helped answer all my questions and fixed my vent that had fallen off without being asked. Throughly cleaned my vent (and after themselves) and even located a broken tool previous homeowner had left in duct. Very upfront with pricing and when they noticed my job had issues that required additional work, very upfront beforehand with the cost increase. Will definitely use again.

He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.
Thank goodness the problem was minimal but I was very impressed with the service provided and wouldn’t hesitate to refer to friends and family.

Mor, the owner was professional and compassionate. He located the mold and offered us two options. Replacement or cleaning. We opted for replacement since the ducts would need replace in the future because of age. Some companies would not be honest and insist that the ducts had to be replaced. Thank you for your honesty,Mor! His employees were thorough and did an awesome job! So grateful to have found this company!

Let me get started saying that I have 3 dogs, 4 adults and a baby living in my house. As you can imagine, carpets and upholstery furniture are not quite the easiest things to keep in a good shape, considering the aforementioned scenario. We decided to give our spring cleaning a boost, so checked online for good quality but still affordable services when we finally found Donald Duct & Steam. We saw their ads at first in our neighborhood's Randall's carts, so we decided to check their reputation online and decided to give them a shot, given that we only read good feedback and 5 star reviews.

Mor and team were super punctual, offered me an honest reasonable price and were super professionals. I used their AC ducts & Dryer vents cleaning and carpet cleaning services (including my couch, which was covered in baby "art" per say) . My house looks and smells cleaner then ever! The couch looks brand new, the carpets are so clean that I didn't even remembered their initial color when I had them installed. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in the almost 6 years that we've been here in the house and now it's running quieter and more efficiently. Upon their departure, they cleaned the excess of water left by their machinery and I am now good to enjoy the hot months of the year in a cleanner than ever house! Finally I must say they were very kind, made sure to keep the noise down to avoid disrupting my baby's nap or my Work Video Call, were super efficient and multi-tasked with 3 professionals to have everything covered super quickly.
