I contacted Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning to clean the AC vents in my condo. Their first visit was to assess the condition and provide an estimate, the second to do most of the cleaning and mold remediation, and the third to fix the AC vent in the bathroom that had become loose behind the wall. In order to thoroughly do the cleaning, it was necessary to cut through the drywall in various places to access the trunklines but the cutting was kept to a minimum.
The team was punctual, kept me apprised of what was needed as they went along, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

We used Donal Duct & Steam Cleaning to replace all the air ducts in our old built-in-1958 home. The first impression was terrific when they showed up to measure/quote us. And they were STILL terrific when they came to our house and did the replacing. They removed all the ducts, cleaned the return vent, cleaned the connection in the vents in the ceiling to ensure that the air wouldn't blow mildew & dust everywhere when they were finished. They tested everything when the job was complete, vacuumed up their mess - we were so impressed with their professionalism! The work they did was FIVE STARS! AND they hauled away all the filthy old ducts. AND they called me personally afterward to make sure the job was done as expected. GREAT customer service! They are reliable and professional - we would definitely use them again.

This was Ron's second visit to clean our dryer duct work. He did a great job both times.

The real standout for me on this trip was the carpet and rug cleaning. We had some spot cleaning needs; one spot in particular was a deep pet stain. They had a Christmas special price on cleaning, but it was per room with a minimum number of rooms. Ron worked with me to make sure we got our money's worth.

When Ron was finished, there was hardly any evidence of the deep stain, much less those elsewhere. Needless to say, we were quite happy.

My ac unit stop working so I was looking for an ac repair company. I found Donald Duct & steam, they came on the same day, located the issue with in minutes and repaired my condenser unit. I also told the technician about an air flow issue I had in my master bedroom, they replaced my bedroom duct to a bigger one and that solve the air flow issue I had for years. Very professional service. These guys are real experts. Will use them again for sure, highly recommended!

I did not want to leave this till after I got service from another cleaner how wrong the quote I got was. These guys came in really hard with the pressure sale. Told me I need to replace all the vents and said I would have to pay 5k to do it. When I told them I needed to look around they went down 1k and said they would give me that deal if I signed today. This made me feel uncomfortable. I said I understood the guy wanted to make the sale and he told me he just works there and indicated that it does not matter to him and it makes no difference. When the company called to follow up it came up that the service person does make a commission based on what they sell. This whole thing just gave me an uneasy feeling about dealing with them. When I had another pro come in they gave me a quote for the same amount of time it would take and the cost was about a third because they did need to replace the box and the vents, but not the ducts. Before and after pictures are amazing and the vents were certainly cleanable.

The gentlemen who came to do the inspection and repair were on-time (and called to let me know they were on their way), respectful and extraordinarily professional. They were very meticulous in their inspection and advised me accordingly. Oftentimes, you wonder if someone is trying to take advantage of you, but they were honest and were able to explain to me the advantages/disadvantages so that I could make a decision that made sense to me. They were also so knowledgeable about their work, so it inspired a lot of confidence that the job was being done correctly.

They did a great job with the cleaning and told me the ducts did not need to be cleaned. The technician was very honest about everything and earned my trust so when I called them to check the ducts on another house and he told me that one needed to be cleaned for sure, and he even sent me pictures. I went ahead and had them do it and he sent me before and after pictures and included a warranty for my peace of mind. The staff did a great job cleaning out our dryer vents! Thank you for accomplishing the task thoroughly in the midst of Texas heat. They had to clean out vents from the outside of the house and in the inside the vent near the dryer because it was quite clogged. But now our dryer is able to dry each load in one cycle as it should. Before the team came out to clean our dryer vents, it took 3-4 cycles in our dryer to get anywhere near drying our clothes. We have tried other vent cleaning companies, and they did NOT do a deep cleaning. Donald Duct team accomplished the job honestly.

In early August, I contacted Donald Duct and Steam to check our old central A/C and heating system for leaks in our system. Their friendly staff got us on schedule and sent a technician to check out the system. As I had already suspected, he showed me clear signs of serious leaks and mold due to condensation. No surprise, the duct work was at least 40 to 50 years old. After quoting us a very competitive price, I gave them the green light to go ahead and replace all the duct work in the attic. It was clear to me that they use high quality materials. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They wasted no time. They pulled out ALL of the old duct work and when finished they hauled it all away. While working on the job, they were careful to lay down drop cloths all the way up and down the hallway. When the job was done, they cleaned up all unwanted debris, both in the attic and on the floors. With all the old metal ducts being carried out of the house, the crew was careful to not leave even one scratch on the walls. We are very happy with the service we experienced and our new, fresh A/C ducts carrying clean air throughout our house, now with no leaks! We wholeheartedly recommend Donald Duct and Steam Cleaning!
