I was very pleased with the vent cleaning from Donald Duct and their associate, Eric Mim (not sure I’m spelling it correctly). He came same day to clean out my vertical dryer vent. During the conversation, I asked for a quote to clean all of the HVAC ductwork. I found the price was reasonable and he proceeded to complete that too.

He was very detailed and never once complained about how hot it was in my attic. I did continue to offer him water and he was genuinely appreciative. He was very professional.

We are so thankful and happy that we had the replacement ducting done. We noticed a difference right away in the equal disbursement of air after we turned the unit back on. One of our concerns was that the back bedroom wasn't getting warm enough in the winter. Leon knew exactly what to do to resolve that and we are not sleeping with the space heater on or a pile of blankets. Donald Duct and Ron fixed both my AC and my furnace! I’ve had them here twice. Each time was when someone else wanted to replace the whole AC or the whole furnace! These people actually repair things: He cleaned the coils and replaced the igniter… and explained what he did well! Use Donald Duct! You’ll be very pleased!

They provided a dryer duct cleaning for a vent duct that has one 90° turn behind the machine to the ceiling, then another about 35' straight out to the patio. This locationin between floors necessitated a ladder to reach the exterior vent. They also vacuumed the interior rear of the dryer, and gathered everything that didn't get into the huge vacuum canister for disposal. Everything took less than an hour, and I feel safer now that this is done!

Called them for AC repair and they showed up the same day—super fast and professional. Diagnosed the issue quickly and had the house cool again in no time. Many thanks to Osman/Donald Duct.

My technicians were beyond wonderful. They came in, asked what I needed specifically, asked if there were any other concerns, talked me through the process, answered all my questions, and even gave me the money they found during the cleaning. They engaged with my family and I about our pets, loved the guinea pig, and shared their animals via photos. What an honor and a blessing it was to have Donald Duct come to my home and help us get vents all cleaned out.

This is the second time we have used Donald Duct & Steam Clean. He had them work on a house we sold and they did such a good job we had them come and see if our vents needed to be cleaned at the new house we bought.
