A1 landscaping is phenomenal. I am a realtor and had a client go out of town right before listing their property. I asked A1 to mow, trim, weed eat, and blow the excess away. They got to the property within 48hours, did an excellent job at a very reasonable price just in time for photos. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the customer service and communication was excellent as well. They are my go to lawn care company moving forward.

Hired this company to complete a pool structural engineer plan since my pool is within 3ft of my home and I knew it would be a hazard per my pool contractor. They charged me $900 to write me a letter confirming what we already knew — the pool shouldn’t be within 3ft of home without support. Then when I asked for a solution to the problem that I already knew and indicated to them , I was then giving another estimated charge for them to find a solution. My purpose in engaging them was to provide a solution. I complained that they essentially charged me $900 to confirm what any logical person would already know. I requested a 100% refund cause what they delivered was not feasible. I was only granted a 50% refund. I would not hire them again for pool services or recommend. This was a waste of money & time and delayed my project. They kept $450 of my hard earned money and provided no value. That is robbery. I found an alternative pool structural engineer who provided a solution and charged adequately.

We've been in our house for 22 years not knowing that our return air for our 1st floor was never installed properly. Our air has been heavy, heavy dust on tables and floor, smell has been moldy. I had uneven air distribution from heating/cooling system as some rooms were getting too much air flow and others none. Donald Duct & Steam redesigned and replaced the duct work. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I now have much better air flow in all the rooms of my house.
