I am a real estate professional. I called Donald Duct along with several other companies in the Houston area. I compared prices and services. I chose Donald Duck and Steam cleaning based on their customer service and pricing. They replaced and cleaned all my air ducts and AC return system. It feels like I have a completely different AC system. It is blowing incredible clean cold air. I am amazed at the difference that it made. I am completely 100% satisfied. Repairman Eric took the time to explain in detail before he began the job. After the job was completed, he walked me back through and showed me everything that they did. He actually cared that I was well-informed and happy with the work. Which is a refreshing change. I recommend this company.

Iven and Thomas cleaned our ducts and changed our vent covers. They worked very clean and efficient. Iven was very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything to us. The guys were polite, kind and with a smile. I will definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them!

The staff did a great job cleaning out our dryer vents! Thank you for accomplishing the task thoroughly in the midst of Texas heat. They had to clean out vents from the outside of the house and in the inside the vent near the dryer because it was quite clogged. But now our dryer is able to dry each load in one cycle as it should. Before the team came out to clean our dryer vents, it took 3-4 cycles in our dryer to get anywhere near drying our clothes. We have tried other vent cleaning companies, and they did NOT do a deep cleaning. Donald Duct team accomplished the job honestly.

In early August, I contacted Donald Duct and Steam to check our old central A/C and heating system for leaks in our system. Their friendly staff got us on schedule and sent a technician to check out the system. As I had already suspected, he showed me clear signs of serious leaks and mold due to condensation. No surprise, the duct work was at least 40 to 50 years old. After quoting us a very competitive price, I gave them the green light to go ahead and replace all the duct work in the attic. It was clear to me that they use high quality materials. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They wasted no time. They pulled out ALL of the old duct work and when finished they hauled it all away. While working on the job, they were careful to lay down drop cloths all the way up and down the hallway. When the job was done, they cleaned up all unwanted debris, both in the attic and on the floors. With all the old metal ducts being carried out of the house, the crew was careful to not leave even one scratch on the walls. We are very happy with the service we experienced and our new, fresh A/C ducts carrying clean air throughout our house, now with no leaks! We wholeheartedly recommend Donald Duct and Steam Cleaning!

For the appointment itself, Ron was very knowledgeable and got the job done pretty quickly. It was satisfying to see the before and after pictures. I was very pleased with the vent cleaning from Donald Duct and their associate, Eric Mim (not sure I’m spelling it correctly). He came same day to clean out my vertical dryer vent. During the conversation, I asked for a quote to clean all of the HVAC ductwork. I found the price was reasonable and he proceeded to complete that too.

He was very detailed and never once complained about how hot it was in my attic. I did continue to offer him water and he was genuinely appreciative. He was very professional.

We are so thankful and happy that we had the replacement ducting done. We noticed a difference right away in the equal disbursement of air after we turned the unit back on. One of our concerns was that the back bedroom wasn't getting warm enough in the winter. Donald Duct and Ron fixed both my AC and my furnace! I’ve had them here twice. Each time was when someone else wanted to replace the whole AC or the whole furnace! These people actually repair things: He cleaned the coils and replaced the igniter… and explained what he did well! Use Donald Duct! You’ll be very pleased!

They provided a dryer duct cleaning for a vent duct that has one 90° turn behind the machine to the ceiling, then another about 35' straight out to the patio. This locationin between floors necessitated a ladder to reach the exterior vent. They also vacuumed the interior rear of the dryer, and gathered everything that didn't get into the huge vacuum canister for disposal. Everything took less than an hour, and I feel safer now that this is done!
