My technicians were beyond wonderful. They came in, asked what I needed specifically, asked if there were any other concerns, talked me through the process, answered all my questions, and even gave me the money they found during the cleaning. They engaged with my family and I about our pets, loved the guinea pig, and shared their animals via photos. What an honor and a blessing it was to have Donald Duct come to my home and help us get vents all cleaned out.

Leon was great! He is very thorough, knowledgeable & respectful. He even pointed out another issue we had that was outside of his service area. Their scheduling staff was great as well & worked around my busy schedule. We had our dryer vents cleaned through Donald Duct & I highly recommend them to anyone in their service area who needs this service.

This is the second time we have used Donald Duct & Steam Clean. He had them work on a house we sold and they did such a good job we had them come and see if our vents needed to be cleaned at the new house we bought. Very personable guys, knowledgeable and everything was explained in detail. And the price was very reasonable. It was a pleasure to work with Leon and David today and we will definitely be calling Donald Duct in the future for maintenance visits. Highly recommend them!
