Our 30-year-old roof needed replacement and AKS was recommended by a coworker.
Their crew arrived early in the morning and promptly went to work. After a bit I noticed the noises had stopped so I went see if the crew had gone to lunch. They were actually done and cleaning up the area. The roof was completed in a half day and looked great. I inspected it closely and they even did a great job of resealing the flashing on the brick chimney.
You won't go wrong using this company the people were great, the work was timely and of significant quality.

After storms in Round Rock TX, our roof was damaged as well inside wall because of water leaks from roof. I was communicated of all the repairs and process he will follow. Every thing was going smoothly until I requested that roof to be completed while we are on vacation. He told us "no" as if roofing repair cause damage to AC distribution pipes, they need to resolve it right away. Turn out a friend of mine had his roof done by another roofing company and had damage to the AC pipes and his roofing company were not taking responsibility. So I was extremely happy that I was given correct information and had nothing to worry about. All the roofing as well as water damage was taken care of and kept me updated. Also had damage to the garage door along with outside fence, again excellent and professional service. Very happy and not a single surprise. Thanks.

They handle there free inspections as if you already paid, with complete care and professionalism and a high level of integrity…hard to find these days

Absolutely do not recommend Integrity. I’ve never left a one-star review before, but this experience deserves it. I chose Integrity based on a few recommendations and quotes—they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, just somewhere in the middle. Things seemed fine until the actual work began.

The job was not done as agreed. Instead of working inside the garage like they were supposed to, they dug through the front sidewalk. They left a mess—trash everywhere, oil spilled all over the front of my house, and did a sloppy, rushed job with the concrete. The holes on the side of the house were barely filled, and I could literally see the exposed piers. Still, I held off on posting a review, hoping they’d make it right.

It took forever to get someone to come out and take a look. When they finally did, they admitted the work wasn’t acceptable and promised to fix it. That was in January. It’s now April 11th and only today—four months later—did someone finally show up, and only after I reached out multiple times. Never once did they follow up on their own. There were delays due to weather (understandable), but they’d go completely silent for weeks at a time. I had to keep chasing them down.

To top it off, no one—aside from the person who gave the original estimate—ever apologized or took responsibility for the experience. The communication was nonexistent, the service was unprofessional, and the work was careless.

The crew with Integrity Foundation arrived on time, performed the work, cleaned up and were respectful of the property. Another employee came the next day to conduct the water pressure test and was also very efficient and friendly. We are happy with their service.
