Matt was wonderful. Very honest. Communicated well. Explained everything and answered all questions I had. He also had great personable personality that was able to connect with the client, me (and I assume anyone else he meets) and made it such an easy, comfortable assessment with his presence. So far, I am truly pleased with this company and it's employees. (They're working on the estimate still and so I will continue to update as I Go)

I am truly elated to write this review because my experience with Integrity Foundation has been nothing short of excellent from start to finish.

From my very first interaction, the receptionist was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. I explained that I was in my option period for purchasing a home and that my deadline was the very next day (Thursday). Understanding the urgency, she made it a priority to schedule an inspection the same day by 3:00 PM, which I greatly appreciated given how critical timing is during the final day of an option period.

Shortly after the appointment was set, the inspector, Matthew Cotten reached out to me. Matthew was professional, courteous, and very understanding of my situation. He thoroughly inspected the foundation and even offered to inspect the roof as well. Since the home is three stories, he proactively scheduled the roofing inspection for the following day to ensure it could be done safely and properly.

Throughout the entire process, Matthew kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and delivered the inspection report in a timely manner. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence during a very important decision-making moment.

I thought I could trust this company, but you cannot. They came out and inspected my home twice. I specifically asked for them to look at the add on portion there was visible openings in the exterior of the brick that I requested Integrity pay attention to. Attached the photos from June I am
Referring to. The first inspection was done during escrow on my home, they sent a letter for a perfect condition foundation on my home. Said all the measurements from the center of the home to the corners even though it had major differences in elevation, Randy York told me it was cleared. I bought the home not requesting for any concessions and under the inspectors blessing of ZERO issues. A professional who does this for a living… Since the owner would like to comment on timelines the original inspection was done week of June 6th. On August 20th, during the second inspection it was an entirely different story. I have not seen a 30+ year old house shift over 2” in any areas in that short of timeframe. Magically my house was no longer in perfect condition, the same inspector came out to take new measurements and said word for word oops! I may of done measurements wrong the first time and overlooked some things. At my expense of course, I ended up needing 5 figures worth of work due to the house having all these issues. All of a sudden Integrity changed their tune, after the second inspection. According to them it DID need work AND the house had shifted 1-2” according to the inspector. Now they are withholding a report that they did to not share how badly they messed up and won’t make it right. I would not recommend! Buyer beware and I would get multiple opinions on foundations these days. It could be costly if not.

2 stars is being generous because I still think it's possible maybe something serious actually happened to him and that's the reason he fell off the face of the earth. Because he was very kind, I'm just so confused.
Keith was very responsive when I originally reached out, he said even if he couldn't help me he could get me in touch with someone who could. I emailed him the entirety of what I had been dealing with, and scheduled a time for him to come do an assessment. We had scheduled for Tuesday 6/27 but he never told me a time, so I kept the day open. That morning I asked what his schedule was that day and when he could come by. He didn't answer me the rest of the day and never went to my house. The next day he told me he could do Thursday at 11 or Friday any time. This was annoying mainly because of the disregard of my previous message and the fact we had planned for Tuesday. I chose Thursday because at least there was a specific time he was available.
When he got there he was very personable, nice, and easy to talk to. He told me the previous company totally botched the water remediation leading to the mold. He told me I should get an attorney and that he would do a thorough job at writing a mold report and get everything I would need to help me out in that way. He found mold behind walls and under floors with his thermal imaging and he also had an air quality tester, digital moisture tester, and a camera. After doing all he needed to do he let me call my parents with him to reiterate everything he said to them because I had been dealing with black outs and memory loss. He told me they could get started on remediation the next week (4th of July) which was in a few days. He said he would get his report sent to me by that evening. That didnt happen, I had a follow up question that night and the next day he responded and told me the report would be done early afternoon. Nothing. On Sunday I followed up again thinking maybe he had sent it to the wrong email. On Monday July 3rd he responded apologizing it was taking so long and said he was almost finished and confirmed my email address.
Still nothing. About a week later my mother called him because she was wanting me to get this finished so I could go out of state and start treatment. He told her "oh I emailed that to her a long time ago, did she not get it? I just assumed she went with *** (the company he told me to sue)***." He said when he got parked that he would check the email and send it again asap. (Even though I know he has my email address because that's how we had been communicating, and it's the last thing I had confirmed for him in messenger.) Then I think he just put a notice on his phone to not answer her calls. He never sent me an email, he started screening my mother's calls, and screening my messages.
I'm genuinely so confused what happened. I've reached out a few times via Facebook and email in the last 2 months just politely asking if I could at least get the mold report. I said if he doesn't have time to do the job that's fine just please tell me so I can move on. I prolonged treatment and finding another remediation company for 3 weeks while I was waiting on him and he ghosted me. I feel very scammed, but I'm confused on what the scam would even be? He seemed so genuinely nice.

So all in all, I would say if you've already been screwed by a remediation company, I wouldn't waste your time here! He knew what all I had gone through but decided to treat me that way regardless. I was hoping at least for a professional response stating he couldn't help me or he had too much on his plate. Nothing. To screen calls and completely ignore a client you are working with is so disrespectful. Zero stars for that alone. 😏

Kieth and his apprentice came and took care of our mold problem. After they removed the water, and sealed it, the smell was still there a little bit, so they came back and did another procedure which totally fixed it. I recommend!

Keith is the man! I rarely interact with professionals as knowledgeable in their field as he is. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone dealing with mold issues. I will be referring friends here!
