No one wants to have foundation issues but if you do, I highly recommend Integrity Foundation Repair. We had 3 companies bid on fixing our problem. IFR was the least expensive (but it still cost a lot). Randy was very thorough in his assessment and explanation of the process to fix our foundation. After talking with two other companies, and then asking Randy additional questions, we felt very comfortable hiring them. They installed 12 steel piers and it took less than 8 hours to finish the work. The plumber came out the next morning and the structural engineer the day after. We had no plumbing issues and the engineer confirmed the house was leveled appropriately. I hope we don't have problems in other areas of our foundation, but if we do, I am hiring IFR to fix it.

They came highly recommended from my contractor, DougTerry. Doug set everything up and Integrity sent everything electronically to be reviewed and signed.
The service was amazing and they even drove to Dallas from far northwest Ft Worth to pick up a check when the work was complete and that made it so convenient for me.
The house is ugly now but not for long.

We love our new roof that WaterTite Roofing installed. The workers worked hard and the job was done to perfection. Brian Snell coordinated the roof replacement and other repairs that a hail storm caused. We highly recommend Brian and the team at WaterTite.

This was a warranty service from a previous job last year. Instead of beating around the bush for a possible reason for the shift, the company immediately got everything repaired in the matter of 2 weeks. Everyone was very timely and courteous. I even learned a couple of plumbing techniques from Corey when he came to inspect the pipes post treatment.

Our recent service by FCS Foundation Repair was amazing. What I appreciated most was clear communication throughout the process. Everyone I spoke to was officiated with the company, from the original inspection to the contractors that did the repair, and the plumber who did the final plumbing test. No sub-contractors. All my questions were responded to quickly. The pricing was fair and under half the cost of my quote from Olshan. Thank you for the great service! I will be referring anyone who is looking for a foundation repair company!

Company refused to honor "lifetime warranty" - Buyer Beware!

I strongly advise against using Integrity Foundation Repairs for any foundation work. I selected them based on their promise of a lifetime warranty, which has proven to be completely worthless.
We had foundation repair piers installed on January 23rd, 2024 for which we paid $ 9100. Recently, we noticed cracks in the wall and called for service inspection, which was done on October 10th, 2025. Integrity foundation gave us a proposal with a lot of other work they thought we needed to be done. We told them that we would use other company to install new piers because of previous bad experience during foundation repair on January 23rd, 2024 and use them to adjust only warranty piers. So we found a new foundation company and tried to make both of the repairs in 1-2 days. Integrity didn't have any opening rather than 24 of November (over a month and a half from over-call to schedule the adjustment) and I scheduled with other foundation company repairs on November 21st, 2025. We agreed on that date and I called them several times to make sure that we will have the date scheduled but I didn't receive any email or sms confirmation about it, which was weird because last year we had confirmation of all the appointments. On October 29th I signed the contract for adjustment of 4 piers under warranty. We told Christy (General Manager) that we have Crosstown Engineering Company doing an inspection report with their suggestions before the repairs to make sure that everything will be done correctly. I sent the engineering report to her on November 17th and she acted like she didn't know that we are going to use another foundation company to install new piers. I asked her to call me and when she called me she said that our warranty is voided and she canceled the appointment because of the (9) If additional piers are added or IFR installed piers are adjusted by any person(s), company other than IFR Foundation Repair warranty will be voided. I checked my warranty from 2024 it doesn't have this paragraph. So Christy voided my warranty illegally!!!
I now face thousands of dollars in additional repair costs that should have been covered by their warranty.
Save yourself the headache and money! Use a company that stands by its work and honors its agreements and not bankrupt. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Randy was prompt and very respectful. His review and repair recommendations were easy to understand. I would highly recommend Integrity Foundation repairs for your repair needs.

Matt came to check out our roof after we had a leak appear and was quick and honest and personally showed me to damage with suggestions and processes. He made it really easy to work with them and I would 100% call them again!

The crew showed up early ready to go. They went right to work digging around the foundation. After they had been working for a while a second crew showed up to help. They all worked very hard in the blazing heat. This job was supposed to be a two day affair, but they were able to finish in just one. I am very pleased with the finished product. The price was one third of my first quote. The general manager even stopped by to see if we needed anything during the process. Thank you for a job well done.

I will update this review if “Integrity” makes things right, but here is where things stand right now…

We had foundation work done Thursday morning. The crew left a mess. They cut sloppy holes in our driveway (which caused spiderweb cracking down the rest of the driveway) did not backfill the holes properly, left pavers a mess, and left a big pile of dirt sitting in our grass.

I called the office right away, took pictures of the issues, and was told a crew could come out “beginning of next week.” I pushed back because there are literally holes in our driveway (safety hazard, can’t get cars in and out of the garage) and they agreed to send a crew Saturday. I asked a few clarifying questions (who will my point of contact be?) and was told the person who came out would address our concerns.

Saturday arrives, we leave a family function early to meet the crew, wait two and a half hours, and get a text that they want to reschedule for Sunday.

Sunday arrives, we leave church early, and the “crew” that arrives is two men who cannot communicate with us in English. They made a few phone calls and left without giving us any information on how to move forward. No repairs were made.

Someone from the company eventually called, argued with us about cracks that were “already there,” and threatened to put a lien on the house if we do not pay cash for the work.

They are sending an Engineer out tomorrow, but the pictures show the way “Integrity” left things.

Update: A week later, a crew came out to properly back-fill and repair the two sinkholes and lay the pavers back down closer to the way they were before the original work. The crew chief took pictures and admitted how embarrassing the original work was.

I pointed out how the first crew had rushed the job and I believe they caused unnecessary damage to our driveway. Got no response back from the company on that one.

In the end, the job is done and hopefully our foundation is level. Because of the sloppy, careless work and how poorly we were treated through the process, I would never recommend Integrity.

A friend of mine recommended Infinity Foundation Repair to do foundation/structural inspection (free consultation) for our rental property in Carrollton. As soon as I contacted, I got an appointment for the next day.

Brian Snell, their senior inspector, was amazing - he completed the inspection outside and inside in an hour so. The next day the detailed report is in my Inbox with recommendations/suggestions.

Integrity as a company is amazing- Constant communication, understanding, commitment, just so many positive traits this company has shown me.
I originally hired HD Foundation Repair- which was an absolute mistake. 0/10 recommend. For months I had issues with that company and when I needed compassion and empathy for the crappy situation I was in I found it here. Christy and Darrin have explained to me what needed to happen to ensure my foundation was set. Darrin gave me reasonable expectations to follow with this process.
Danny and his workers came out and started work ASAP. Very respectful and good at explaining what was happening during the repair to my house.
The pricing for 15 pilers plus fixing the 7 HD foundation did was great.
I’m also using their plumbing company- haven’t started the work but Corey has also kept in good communication with me.
