Trevor came this week to winterize yard and put preemergent down. I’m pretty particular, usually home, and can monitor the application process from my cameras. By far, Trevor aced it in thoroughness.

I had a sprinkler that was running non stop. I was out of the country and learned about the issue from my neighbor. Bryan sent someone out immediately to get the sprinkler fixed and came back on another day to address the other sprinkler issues I had. I couldn't be happier.

Upon scheduling I was quoted $80 some odd dollars an hour. Upon arrival there were two individuals who worked for roughly 25 min. Was unaware I’d receive a bill for an assistant much less a charge of $40+/hr then quoted. I sent an email regarding the issue and my disappointment as a new customer. Received a call from the one who ‘scheduled’ and he was argumentative and condescending. Did not offer to reduce my invoice to the initial agreed amount minus the ‘assistant’. I do not recommend this company.

Grasseaters, Inc. came out to fix a couple sprinkler heads and a busted pipe for me. Got a quote over the phone, and scheduled. They came out on time, fixed the issues in no time and even kept me informed throughout the process. Would recommend.

I had a problem with my irrigation system. I called Bryan at Grasseaters, Inc. to schedule an appointment for the repair. Because it's still a busy season for them he couldn't get it done that same day but said "Monday our team will be there." And that's exactly what happened. I had a quote to have my front yard landscaped. I waited 2 months for the work to start. The day before the work was to begin, the price went up $1800.00. Not only did they lose the work for landscaping, they lost the lawn care contract as well. Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star to post or it would've been no star. I do not recommend a company that does not stand behind a quote.

Their crews laid almost 250ft of stone border in two days including a concrete footing. The work was professional and looks great! Next they constructed a stone raised bed 16ft wide 2ft deep and 3ft tall that was completed in less than 3 days that looked as good as the stone border.

When we had irrigation issues, their crew came out on time and quickly found the wiring problem with their specialized equipment and fixed the bad connection......all in less than 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and efficient. That's my description of their work.

Marco was the service technician who came to work on our sprinkler system. He was very friendly and extremely helpful! Not only did he fix the broken sprinkler, he also diagnosed the rest of our sprinklers and made sure everything was functioning properly. They fixed everything within 30 minutes and even took additional time to answer questions that I had about future landscaping projects that I plan to do and gave me estimates on costs of each project. I highly recommend this company and will plan to use them for all my landscaping needs in the future!
