Never called me back for a quote. Guess they didn't want my business. I itially I sent an online request for a quote and then called about 4 days later 9 ly to be told that a message would be sent to someone else I know it's a busy time of year but even after 2+ weeks, no response.

We have used grass eaters for many seasons now and have never been disappointed with the results. They do a great job at mowing and edging and know what they are doing when it comes to fixing sprinkler systems too. Because of the quality of their work, we are considering them for some tree maintenance knowing they will do the job right.

Grasseaters has been handling the lawn service at my rental property for several years now. I can count on them to be on-time and perform the services as expected. If I need a one-time special service, they work that into the schedule with a simple request, no follow-up required. Since I am not living at the property, I value their consistent quality service.

Grasseaters has always been dependable and done quality work for us. Our yard is on a hill and has some odd-shaped grassy areas so it's a bit of a challenge to mow but they always do a great job. They also move our trampoline around to do a thorough job in that area as well. I would highly recommend them!

We've used other sprinkler companies companies in the past, but no more. Your guys are the best. In your busy schedule you were able to get to our problem very quickly. They got here earlier than they promised. They didn't waste any time. They had everything they needed and got the repairs made in short order. They pressure tested the repair and ran thru the cycles to make sure everything was working properly. Last, but not least, the invoice was very fair. With other companies, I had to cringe any time I had to call someone. Not with Grasseaters.

Grasseaters was very responsive to my request for a lawn service quote. Their price was fair and they were able to mow our yard within a week. They even made sure we were the first lawn mowed of the day due to impending rain. Excellent customer service!

I have been very pleased with Grasseaters, Inc. They have always been easy to work with. I had a sprinkler leak and within 24 hours, they were here and it was fixed. Minor issue with not liking the way my yard was looking a couple of times last year and Brian was on it and took care of it. I would recommend them!

They arrive with regularity and do the assigned tasks as required. The landscape elements of the house look great. They are responsive and highly dependable -- this is in marked contrast to other lawn services I have used in the past. I recommend Grasseaters without reservation.

They address any concerns I might have immediately. They pay attention to detail and trim around water drains. They noticed I am trying to establish new grass in my front yard and are careful when cutting those areas. They also will accommodate any special request I have and never charge extra fees. Highly recommend as my yard has looked so much better since they have been taking care of my lawn.
