They came out to do a test on the under slab plumbing. They were professional and thorough with their testing and gave us all the info we needed.

Tony is knowledgeable, will explain everything to you and great to work with. He went out of his way and helped us get our water turned back on the following morning. This is the second time working with him and he’s been nothing but the best!! He will be our plumber guy for our San Antonio lifetime.

We had an issue with a pipe and Tony came out the same day without charge- despite the issue being our own fault. It's refreshing to work with a business that actually takes care of their customers.

Tony went above and beyond when our water heater went out. This happened late at night and he came by first thing in the morning and replaced at a great price. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem and gave us his honest opinion. We will be using him again when we replace our water softener. Highly recommend!

We undertook a remodel of our older home including kitchen and baths with Brian as our plumber and as the old plumbing was exposed, we realized that there were numerous leaks in the old copper inside the walls. We also replaced our water heater and found that the adjacent copper supply line running through the slab was leaking as well. A slab leak can be daunting because of the expense of rerouting the main supply. Brian had the experience and expertise necessary to guide us in making the appropriate and cost effective repairs to the inside plumbing which included new pex piping and also a complete reroute of the well supply to the home. He also installed our new kitchen and master bath plumbing. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and we have great piece of mind that we now have a sound home plumbing system. Thanks Brian!

I was out of town on the weekend when our water heater that serves the kitchen failed. We were having guests for dinner Sunday and it was Friday evening. My wife called several plumbing companies and none would come out on Saturday. Joe's readily agreed to come out with no premium charge and replaced the water heater. We were relieved not to have to change our plans for the weekend.

Brian replaced an element in the attic water heater, and instead of just leaving, he looked at our water softener and discovered that the header was broken and forcing sediment into our pipes and costing us $ on washing machine repairs and so forth. Thank you for taking the extra time with me and discovering the root of our problem and definitely saving me money in future repairs.
