We had our first experience with Joe's Plumbing in Boerne and while I am always nervous when trying new businesses, I was very impressed with the company. They real do great work. We had two toilets replaced and several faucets that were being replaced as well. Their attention to detail was beyond what I expected. Brian was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. They also came to my rescue on a Sunday when my bedroom wood floors were flooded.I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

I'd been freaking out about a slab leak for weeks but I was in denial and didn't want to deal with it. Finally, at wit's end, I called Boerne Plumbing late on a Sunday afternoon. Brian answered and literally was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Early the next morning he was at my house and stopped the leak. I could have saved myself lots of worry if I'd called him when I first realized I had a problem. He and his helper are very professional, neat and clean in their workmanship, and charged a fair price. After my experience with them, I will never call another plumbing company. Boerne Plumbing all the way!

I called Boerne plumbing to replace my water heater. Brian showed up on time and quickly went to work. He answered all of my questions in a polite and professional manner and before I knew it he was finished. He removed the old water heater and cleaned everything up. I was very satisfied with the work he did.

My experience using Boerne Joe' Plumbing was by far one of the best experiences using a plumber. They were able to come out to my house on such a short notice when everybody else was at least a two day wait. That alone was huge for me. Even the company I used the first time this problem arose a few months ago was a two day wait, which if the job was done right the first time I would not have had to call the 2nd time. Boerne Joe' Plumbing did the job right the first time and was cheaper than the first company we used. The plumber was very professional and got the job done quickly. After the job was done I received a follow up call to make sure all was good. I can honestly say that the other company did not do any of the things Boerne Joe' Plumbing did. I will recommend Boerne Joe' Plumbing to everybody in the Boerne area.

I am a long time Boerne resident. obviously during this winter storm, many people needed help. I called Boerne plumbing and Brian called me back immediately. he was honest with me about how long it would take to get here. he had to dig out of the snow and ice and got his truck stuck in a ditch but kept me informed the entire way. I had multiple problems with my well, pump, and pipes. Brian diagnosed the issues, and fixed the problem. I was lucky to have him and Boerne Plumbing working for me. hope this helps.

The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish.
He also inspected some water lines in the attic that needed some insulation repairs which he scheduled for another call. Very professional and I highly recommend him!

Boerne Plumbing responded very quickly to our call for help when we had a slab leak in our bathroom. They found and fixed the problem rapidly thus preventing further damage. All work was done very professionally. I highly recommend them and will use them for future plumbing work at our house.

Brian and Mike were extremely professional and quick in diagnosing our problem with our water heater and water softener. It was easy to tell that he knew exactly what was going on and what needed to happen. They were able to order the parts and return the next day to replace the unit and fix the problem. Brian also took the time to double check and explain everything to me. I was very impressed by their work and highly recommend these plumbers.

The service Boerne Joe plumbing company provides is the reason for this review. I have had them to my house twice the past few days. The first time was because my water heater leaked all over my garage which they replaced and even cleaned up the mess from the old leaking water heater. They did an excellent job and was very courteous and professional and at a very reasonable cost compared to other plumbing companies I spoke with. Then on the next day late Good Friday evening, I called them because the new water heater didn't have as hot of water as I like and I expected them to maybe get to my house after the holiday weekend but instead were at my house within the hour to adjust the water temperature setting and at NO cost to me. I'm very pleased with their professional and honest service and I highly recommend!

This is the only Plumbing Company that valued the problem I was having. Other companies were scheduling me for 1-1.5 weeks out.
Boerne Plumbing was able to fix my leak the same day! I felt they were fair and did not over charge for their service. Brian throughly evaluated the problem area and explained what he thought needed to be done before proceeding.

We recently bought a property that has many issues. Called Boerne Plumbing and they sent Brian out. Brian is very friendly and competent. He replaced our water softener system, hot water heater and installed a dishwasher (two separate appts). He arrived early each time and finished each task quickly and efficiently. He even helped us out with a couple other things and answered our many questions. He cares about the job he does and it shows. We will likely seek his services many times in the future to complete other projects. Highly recommended.

I called Boerne Joe Plumbing to repair our water softener. Brian thoroughly explained why we were having trouble and recommended replacement instead of repair. I really appreciate that he did not pressure me in any way and that he was able to come back with new unit the next morning to install. The work was done quickly and cleanly. We called Boerne Joe Plumbing for what we thought was a slow leak in our slab. Brian ran a pressure test and it did not detect a leak. He determined there was an issue with the water softener.
While installing a new food disposal he noticed an odor from the old disposal and determined the previous installer did not plumb the sink and disposal per code. The previous installer also installed the sink drain gasket incorrectly. He corrected the issues in a professional and timely manner. He worked around our schedule and showed up when he said he would. Very happy with their work. We will definitely use Boerne Joe Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Great service!

We had a plumbing emergency and called a few companies and the earliest they could get to us was in 4 days. We came across Boerne Joe Plumbing and after speaking with us, determined we needed immediate help. Brian & Mark showed up within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. I spoke with Brian on general plumbing maintenance and he gave some great tips and recommendations on preventative maintenance. Very, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Contracted for Boerne Plumbing install a water softener. We made calls to see why we were not seeing a difference of water quality in our master bathroom. He made setting adjustments to no avail.
Turns out, only half the house was hooked up
He refuses to complete the installation.
I’ll need to find someone else to finish the job. Brian will need to pay for completion or I will need to file a claim in court.
So far he doesn’t want to communicate with me.
FYI- he made a number trips for repairs/leaks, 3 hot water heaters, toilets during the first several years of us moving here.
What a big disappointment.

THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE; Susan calls me and cussing me by text and calls my dad and tells him calling an attorney over a past due bill because the work was not finished! Just be beware! Not good people and will not finish the work and she will call you a liar when you fact check her on follow up calls. They must be in a financial hardship !
