Gave us a great quote to replace the water heaters and water softener. Found them to be very honest and hard working. The whole project was completed in a very short period and the quality of work was outstanding. We would use them without hesitation on any future project.

Brian and Mike did an excellent job at solving my well/pluming issues without a huge price tag, I was quoted a full re-plumbing job but Brian spotted the well pressure gauge being old and put in a new gauge. It was night and day difference in water pressure. Thank you guys for being honest and upfront. It could have cost me thousands but instead cost me hundreds. I'll be a loyal customer from here on out.

We moved into a new house with a few known problems, called Boerne Joes and Brian came out and reviewed my list of fixes. He recommended a few different approaches that were a lot better then what I had in mind. Prices for the fixes were stated openly and were kept when the bill was due. Fair prices for good work and an honest approach is all one can ask for. I have other work, including updates to the master bath in our future; Boerne Joes will be my first call. A good plumber is hard to find, looks like we have one less thing to worry about here in Boerne TX.

I highly recommend Boerne Joe for any kind of plumbing work . I used them to replace my hot water heater, which they did in record time. And they did not charge me an arm and a leg. Brian has been very professional on every occasion he has worked with us. In fact, after he came out to set a toilet, he suggested we wait for him to do the work until some of the other wall and repair work was done. He made the long trip out here and did not charge until he came back to complete the work. He has been upfront with the issues that an older home brings to the plumbing and told us what to watch for. He is pleasant to work with. Our service got caught up in the holiday season and we had back orders on deliveries of the toilets I wanted. Brian kept in touch via text and phone to let me know what the status was. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Hi All ... Boerne Jo Plumbing has been bring cats for us to fix. He let us know that he was a plumber. So we called to have our stopped up tub and a sink looked at. when he was done he said no charge, and that if we need anything that he would be happy to help. Very nice and professional. And being a non-profit that helps a lot. Thank you guys for the great work!!!!

This is the second time we use Boerne Joe' Plumbing. The first was for a garbage disposal. The one installed by the builder was undersized, they made a good recommendation and went through the various sizes.

This most recent was due to hot water heater issues. We had two in the attic with one leaking and the second never piped correctly.

After reviewing the options, we went with a tankless heater. The work was professional, quick and we will definitely use them again.

I called Boerne Joe for a water heater problem I was having. It was about 11 years old and not producing the same amount of hot water it use to. Joe arrived on time and honestly told me that it would not be wise to spend good money after bad as I don't have a softener and there was quite a bit of corrosion on the connections as well as around where the heater element is. He also informed me that the tank was probably 1/3 full of mineral scale. Long story short, I agreed to replace the hot water heater. I'm so happy I did. When he got the old hot water heater out, it took himself and two helpers to load it up and haul it off as it was more than 1/3 full of mineral scale and very heavy. I know I was wasting a lot of energy just heating my water. Joe also put a hot water circulating pump on my hot water system and I could not be happier with their work, service, honesty and attitude. Not to mention they cleaned up much better than I expected. Yes I recommend and will use them again when needed.

I had a water leak in my master bathroom. I didnt know who to call so I searched Boerne plumbers and found the Boerne Plumbing website. I called them after 5pm and left a message. They called me right back and scheduled. They came out, found the main leak and then a second leak. They were thorough, professional, quick, punctual, and polite. When the work was completed I was happy to learn that the person who did the work is a US Army Veteran who has served in wartime overseas.

Boerne Plumbing replaced a kitchen faucet and a reverse osmosis faucet for us. While they were doing the job, they found that the builder from eleven years ago did not have one of the pvc lines adhered to the line going out of the wall. They took care of this without any issue. We were very pleased with their service. We have used them before and will use them again in the future.

Great, quick and efficient service! Brian was kind, honest, and thoughtful. I had a hard-to-find leak in the 4 inch trunk line of my water catchment system. They were quick to repair it before the rains came. I was desperate and they saved the day. I highly recommend them and will use them for my next plumbing problem!!! Hopefully not too soon!
