they did exactly what they said and did it right the first time. thru this emergency we are facing they were very professional. they gave a window of when they would be coming out and the day of they called to let me know a window of that day that they would be there. highly recommend them.

Do not use Rittiman plumbing. Being charged a professional plumbing rate doesn't mean that the services given are professional and in a timely manner. If you request to speak to the owner and discuss protocol of the services, the owners will not return the call to listen to concerns or answer questions. So if the owner doesn't worry about customer service then what can be expected from the employees? When I asked outright, "Your owner is not going to call me, is he?" --- the reply was "No ma'am"

I am very very happy that my kitchen sink was unstopped by Howard with Rittimann Plumbing! A lot of effort was put into unstopping it. It is such a relief to have an unclogged sink!!

Morgan was fantastic! Not only did he fix my disposal instead of just telling me to replace it, he was kind and patient with my very curious toddler! He fixed another issue with extra parts he had on hand, pricing was beyond reasonable and I could not be happier with everything, Customer for life after the fantastic service I received today!!

Ritterman was to order and replace a part on my water heater. They never ordered the part and never called me back. I have called them three times since and they keep saying they will do it but never do. I have given up on them.

In an era of low quality, just get the job done as quickly as possible construction and service work, Rittimann says, "no thanks". They choose to build upon their already great Boerne reputation instead of hiding behind it. Howard and Garrett have been lifesavers for my home remodel, at a fraction of the cost of other companies that do shoddy work, and nobody else is touching my home in the future when something comes up.

Rittimann Plumbing has been everything we hoped for when we moved to Boerne and looked to hire a local, family owned company. We've used them five times now over the past seven years and the service has been great every time with fair pricing. They get right to work when they show up and just take care of business. James and Chris did a great job for us earlier this week and I hope to have them back again the next time we need a plumbing repair. Definitely recommend!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is who are builder used to install a new water heater in our new build. We have had nothing but issues with the unit (which is still in warranty) and every time we have called them for service they have told us to call someone else they are too busy. Clearly they do shotty work and then don’t want to service it after the initial install. They are this on the phone when you call and simply don’t care about you or the work they did. Save yourself the headache from this company having ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE after the sale!

Jim and his crew were out before noon the day we called. We had roots in the pipe and had a major backup. Jim communicated the whole time and were able to come a little earlier than promised. His crew is always working. All of them were so nice and very professional! We highly recommend JH Plumbing! Great guys!
