Mr Harrington did an awesome job fixing my plumbing issue and did it rather cheaply. I had expected to pay double what he charged me.

I will always call these guys first! They got my job done quickly and didn't charge me an outrageous price. They're #1 in my book!!!

Mr Herrington is efficient and reliable. When you have a problem, you can count on him to show up and take care of the problem right away. Great service and affordable.

Installation was good. HOWEVER the end of the mobile home was left with no power. The installer to his 612.00 and said "contact electrician". While cutting the floor to make room for the hot water heater he cut the electric line under the mobile home. With the grace of God after hours of searching for the problem was discovered and repaired with NO property or life loss.

They were prompt and professional. Had to dig a hole in the driveway to find the leak. Once repaired they even went to the back of the yard and pulled up a piece of plywood to cover the repair until the ground can dry out. And the cost was very reasonable.

(I have posted this same review to Yelp and Facebook as well, that's how thankful I am that I found this company!) I called this company on Monday and they were out at my home Tuesday morning at the time they said they would be there. They completed the job in 45 minutes and did more work than the 3 plumbers Choice Warranty sent out. I was tired of the same problem recurring and them just putting a bandaid on it, so I reached out to Herrington. I expected to pay a ton of money to get the answers and results I needed, but low and behold it was cheaper than what my home warranty was quoting me (and they were just unclogging a toilet! Not putting in more effort to make sure it did not happen again!). Thank you so very much Herrington for your hard work and dedication, and truly helping people out. I will forever be a customer of yours and will always refer you to others.

Rodney is so patient and explains hiw they are fixing something. I have ALWAYS used Herrington, it is multi-generation company with excellent service! Prompt and Rid cleans up any messes he makes. They are great company!

They are fantastic. They are fast workers and super curtious. I've never heard of plumbers with lower prices. They really are here to help. I can say enough. Loyal to them for life.

We left a message midmorning on Thursday, within 15 minutes we had our call returned. Not 5 minutes after that the men pulled up. The assessed type situation, called the city (bc they had to do some things 1st - they arrived quickly as well). They came back right after lunch as promised and replaced the shattered pipes. They were prompt, polite, affordable. Highly recommend

Doesn't seem to want to do any plumbing work unless it's super easy to get to and repair. Would rather tell you what all is wrong with your house instead of how he can fix what you called him for. Told my land lady it would cost 1K+ to fix our sewer line... I fixed it for less than $100. Then 2K to fix a water leak after the freeze.....we fixed that one for $15.00. I guess I should have been a plumber!

Came back from a trip over the weekend to find leak under kitchen sink flooding kitchen. Called Herrington first thing Monday morning & they were out there in less than an hour. Very courteous and professional. Fixed not only the leak under sink but detected another issue and promptly remedied the issue. Also hooked up the hot water to my washing machine! These guys are outstanding and will definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs. Also they clean up after the work is completed! I recommend Herrington for all your plumbing needs.

Water heater leaking had to replace. Said they might could make it before lunch would check their schedule. They came out mid morning. Done a great job and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call them for any other plumbing work I need done.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and worked with us to fix our problem. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. He got us the financing we needed so we could move forward with the installers. Very friendly and will recommend him and Underwood plumbing in the future.
