I have used Underwood Plumbing on several occasions and am never disappointed by quick response time and dependable service on fixing the problem. Recently I had a small leak in the water line to my house and Micah Moore did a very thorough job of finding the leak and fixing the problem even though the conditions were very muddy. Highly recommend Underwood Plumbing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dusty Underwood Septic Service. After being on their monthly maintenance membership, their system failed to process payments for four months—even though they had all of my correct financial information on file the entire time. We didn’t change banks, cards, or anything. Their own system simply stopped withdrawing the agreed monthly fee.

Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they tried to place the responsibility on us and claimed the membership was “unpaid,” despite the fact that withdrawals resumed on their own in October with no action required from our side. That alone proves they had our correct information the whole time.

We proposed an amicable and reasonable solution, but rather than accept any responsibility for their system error, the company preferred to push us toward canceling the membership altogether or paying the unpaid months in full. It’s disappointing to see a company put the burden of their technical failures on their customers.

This is not our first negative experience with this organization, but it will definitely be the last. I will not be returning as a customer, and I hope this review helps others understand the kind of customer service they may receive here.

Fast, friendly and professional!! The guys came out earlier than originally scheduled to accommodate us and the work we needed completed! They kept us updated as the work was being performed and demonstrated the system upon completion! Thank you again for everything!!

We are very satisfied with the service we received. The tech came to our home Saturday night as we needed help immediately and it was kind of late. I would highly recommend this company.

Underwood Plumbing and Septic has always responded quickly to my needs. The techs are knowledgeable and are good about explaining what the determined problem is. I am a hoverer because I like to see and know what the issue is. They present confidently and always leave me in better shape than I was when they came out.

Underwood was very helpful and worked with me to juggle their appointments around to provide quick service! Phillip was an excellent tech and very professional in his explantion of my options. I would highly recommend them!

Throughout the years I have had great experience with this company. Friday as the winter storm was coming in (great timing I know) my septic pump quit working. All the tanks were full and we were going to be dripping faucets all weekend so pipes won’t freeze. They were able to get me on the schedule for the same day Todd came out that evening. Working in the cold freezing rain and dark. He got us up and running and we appreciate him for coming out and getting everything fixed up to avoid backing up into the house. Our timing sucks, but they were great in getting to us and getting us fixed up before the snow and ice.

We had an emergency on a Friday and these guys came out and fixed it . Michael gave us multiple options on how to fix the issue and let us choose the route . He also educated us every step of the way. He went above and beyond and because of our experience with him we’ll continue using underwood as long as Michael is there because of his excellent service to me and my family .

Nate and Michael went above and beyond as far as service. Their workmanship was top notch and got kudos from the city inspector. Also gave great advice and recommendations on quality fixtures. These 2 worked well together and were a great comic relief in a stressful situation. Highly recommend. 💯

Micah was amazing. He not only fixed the airflow problem that was throwing a code on our Rannai on-demand water heater. But he also fixed the noisy unit problem he have since day one eight years ago. We used.to be able.to here.that thing run all through the house and even outside at the barn. Now.we can stand in the room on the other side of the garage wall it's mounted on and.barely hear.it. Wish we had Micah out here years ago and will definitely request him for any future work. He is knowledgeable, experienced, has common sense (rare these days), and is super.professional. A great ambassador for Underwood Plumbing.and.septic!

I have used Underwood twice this month, and Kes was my plumber both times. They make scheduling simple, they have almost immediate availability and arrived promptly both times. Kes was professional and polite, quickly repairing my issues after providing me with a cost breakdown prior to starting. He even pointed out a few things that could potentially cause issues in the future. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I called Underwood Plumbing & Septic to inquire about service as they were recommended by the Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce. When I called to schedule service for several things in my home, Courtney offered to have a plumber out that same afternoon to give an estimate at no charge. We scheduled for the next morning, and she let me know that Cole would be the one coming out. I received a text message at 8:01am that Cole was on his way, and I love that the message included his photo so I'd know exactly who to be expecting. He arrived right on time, I showed him around the house as we discussed the reasons for my call, he prepared an estimate, and got to work as soon as I accepted. Cole completed the work in a timely manner and answered all my questions along the way. He gave a recap of what had been done and even made some suggestions on how to better maintain our home. Thank you Cole for doing great work and respecting our home while you were here. We will definitely be using Underwood Plumbing & Septic again in the future!

My mom lives on her own in Lamar County and we have her septic system serviced with Underwood Septic and Plumbing. Excellent customer service and they always take great care of her. Today, we had a pipe burst and needed them for helping us out with the plumbing. Micah M. came within a few hours of scheduling the appt. We were lucky because he fixed my mom’s broken pipe quickly and we were back in business within a few hours. He was articulate, helpful, and proficient at his work and even talked us through what he was doing and why he was using different types of pipe/material. Highly recommend, we will continue working with them for our septic and plumbing needs!

Anthony was my service tech and he is fantastic. If you have a plumbing issue, call Underwood Plumbing and ask for Anthony. He understood my problem, analyzed the entire situation and developed a plan of action, very quickly. He dug up the offending pipe, repaired it and installed a two way clean out for any possible future problems. He had all of his tools necessary, plumbing repair parts and fixed the problem without having to leave the property to get more parts. His cleanup of the yard was fantastic. I will definitely ask for him for any future problems. Great job.

Ask for them by name these two are amazing. I work off and my wife is home alone they explained everything to us both. Fixed the issues at hand and explained what to do with other issues that might arise. If you have questions they are very knowledgeable. Best plumbers bye far we will call them from now on.

Matt was awesome! He was very patient, made sure everything was done correctly, and worked efficiently before leaving. I truly appreciated the time and care he put into making sure the job was handled the right way. I’m so grateful for people like Matt. Honesty, along with great customer service, is what every company should strive toward—and he absolutely delivered. Highly recommend!

Micah was our plumbing tech. He came out to replace both our vacuum breakers on the hose bibs to the house. His knowledge and service was outstanding. He also helped me understand about water filtration and proper maintenance of the vacuum breakers. We've been using Underwood plumbing as well as their septic services for a couple years now and we're very pleased with the service we receive.

We recently had Matt perform a maintenance inspection on our septic system, and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Matt conducted a comprehensive inspection of our entire system, including each sprinkler head, and took the time to address all of our questions. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience even better. We highly recommend his services and are very pleased with the quality of work he provided.
