Another company no-showed on me twice so I called Adams. They gave me a quote and did the job within 24 hours. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Adams Tree Service were trimming trees in our neighborhood in Grand Lakes, Katy and Lucas knocked on our door. I typically let solicitors know right away I will call if needed but noticed it was Adams Tree service, so we had them trim our front trees. They were on time, very professional, did everything they said they would and really cleaned up leaving nothing for me to pick up. Wasn’t a huge job but they took it seriously and did a very thorough job. Much appreciated Lucas and Eric!

We ended up not using Adam, but I felt I needed to review the amazing customer service! Adam responded to my inquiry within an hour on a Sunday and was extremely polite. Came out to give me an estimate and was very knowledgeable about the situation offering nothing but helpful information and advice! I will definitely be recommending them!

I called the office to ask for help. A different tree company planted 4 trees in our back yard and 2 of them look pretty bad. The girl took my information and Adam called me right back. I was actually shocked that he returned my call. I explained the situation and he talked to me for 15 minutes, sharing his knowledge of trees. He asked me to send him pictures of the trees. Which I did. He called me back and explained the trees had too much mulch around them. Not sure if my trees will survive but I am very grateful to Adam for taking the time to help me when he wasn’t even getting paid. He went out of his way. Customer service is unbelievable. Thank you so much.

We are very happy with Adams Tree Service. We have used them a few times over the years. Last time, we had a tree that that fell, and they came out the same day we called and took care of it. This time, we had a big job--some big trees in the front yard that needed to come down and an overgrown back yard with even more trees. We hired them for the day at a very fair price. The crew came out and did a great job. We'll certainly be calling them next time we need tree work.

Adams Tree service quoted on Thursday, started working on Friday, finished and cleaned up on Monday. Had two massive trees. Crew was amazing! Everything cleaned up when job was done. They were also the low bidder!

After the storm this morning tree branches were blown everywhere, the whole yard was a mess! I called Adam’s tree service for the first time as a recommendation, and they came out within 30 mins and cleaned it all up within 2 hours. Fair prices and great service! Highly recommend Adam!

Adams Tree Service did an awesome job at our home. On a Friday afternoon, I called the Katy location and within 20 minutes Lucas arrived, gave a quote and the work began immediately. The guys were done in less than 2 hours for tree trimming, root removal issues and trimming of all our bushes that no one in my family wanted to do. Lucas and the crew did an amazing job, and while up in our tree was a swarm of bees (size of a basketball ) ready to sting everyone. With luck the noise from the equipment scared them and they flew away and have not returned. We would have never known about the bees until the worker went high up in the tree. Lucas and the crew were professional, super quick workers and worked well together as a team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any outdoor yard service, as they do much more than just trim trees. After the job was complete, Lucas did a walkthrough to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We are extremely pleased with the excellent work and the beautiful yard that they created and we will use them again when needed.

My old pecan tree started to drop branches near a public sidewalk. Adam and his crew responded immediately to cut everything back, shape and fertilize what was left. They knocked it all out in a few hours. Highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the service we received on our demolition project. JRP made everything simple. They took care of everything including the application for the necessary city permits. They were very knowledgeable in that they knew what would be needed to complete the project, and they finished the job in a timely manner. After the job was complete, the plot of land where the house once stood was completely cleaned off. All company representatives including the project coordinator were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend JRP Demolition for Demolition needs.

This company(Chris) came back right away when we sent them two pictures of the tree roots that they were supposed to remove. The 1st thing I would like to say is that they have "responsibility". This is a good sign unlike many other companies who do not come back after getting paid. Secondly, I watched the workers do their job cutting many of our trees and I would conclude that the employees were constantly in action moving fast and getting the job done and resting only in a minimal period of time. Overall, they did a great job and I would give a 5 star because of how fast, detailed, and professional they were for cutting the trees and doing the stump grinding.

Rafael, Anthony, Ossel and Yael did a fantastic job efficiently trimming our oak tree and cleaning up all the debris.
After our initial consult with Fidel, we met with him again the morning of to review any major limb removal, and Rafael helped us with questions we had during the tree trimming/shaping process. They were patient and helpful with all of our concerns.(It genuinely is an art— you definitely need guys who know what they’re doing so the tree looks balanced and doesn’t have big holes.) We are so very pleased—they really did a great job! We’ve used them many times and continue to highly recommend their services!
