WB Arthur company and Isidro Ortiz in particular did a fantastic cleaning our air ducts! Really top notch work and cleanliness and customer service. Highly recommended!

Manny and Eric were timely and professional. They were very detailed oriented and took time to explain to me and my wife the work completed in our home, very pleased with their work.

Isidro and Isiah were professional, respectful and efficient. When they told you something, it was exactly as they described. They helped me with an exploded hot-water heater and knew the next steps to take to mitigate further damage. They were even kind enough to move away things in the garage that were damaged. I highly recommend their service and hope your experience with them is just as positive as my experience was over the last couple of days.

Absolutely terrible experience with the estimator. They have no idea how insurance works and stated “we can’t give you any timelines of when the work can be done nor can we tell you any idea of how long it will take.” Be warned, this is a scam company.

I’ve received two other bids on the work and both companies gave me estimates on time to completion. Both were professional and both understood the insurance process that the adjuster outlined. You are correct. The mitigation team came in and completed the job quickly and thoroughly. You guys owe that to Mike, the guy running the job. The mitigation side of your business, at least the team I dealt with, was great. The estimator I dealt with today was awful, and if that’s the way your reconstruction side runs then I would NEVER recommend you guys to anyone. Especially not anyone that has been displaced from their home and is dealing with the constraints of insurance. I am leaving the review to warn people who need this work done and my concern lies with those folks, not with protecting your company from being exposed for poor business practices.

I would HIGHLY recommend having the W.B. Team to anyone that has a suspected case of mold. The team that came to my home did a thorough investigation of pain points that came from a home inspection, and gave us great tips on how to control our issues. They recommended cleaning brands to use and minor handyman improvements that would save us time and money. Thank you W.B Team!

We had Mike and Shane , Marvin and Manny worked at our house to get everything dry after we had a AC problems, water was coming tru our ceilings. We had no idea that there was so much water that could have cost way more problems if we didn’t had them come out.
Super nice guys very professional and explained everything to us. After 5 days of running fans and dehumidifiers our house is dry again.

Shane and his demolition crew did a fantastic job of helping after our water damage. They were super polite, efficient and cleaned up everything before leaving. Shane was extra careful to explain each step and made sure we were okay with all the work the crew did. I highly recommend them!!!

I would highly recommend WB Arthur for your moisture testing and remedy needs! We had a water leak that left us wondering if we would have other issues down the road, so we were referred to this company just to check and run some testing. I contacted W.B. Arthur at midnight for a water leak damage that occurred due to the cold weather. My tech, Logan, arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He was amazing to work with and answered all my questions while providing me helpful tips for future prevention. The proposal that W.B. Arthur shared was in line with market rates and we were able to schedule remediation services the next day. We haven't started the remediation but I would higly recommend W.B. for these emergency services.

The guys were exceptional! Very professional, informative and quick when in my home dealing with the mess. Always cleaned up after themselves, as much as they could anyway. Definitely would recommend this company and staff.

Wow! What a great water remediation crew! Manuel and Marvin were awesome! They were so careful and respectful of our property and were able to save cabinetry components that will aid for the rebuild. They explained every step of the process and were patient with our questions. Highly recommend!

Shane and Nate were kind and considerate. They worked efficiently and kept us in the loop the entire time. I appreciate their compassion towards our unexpected flooding situation and their expertise on the whole process of mitigation. They did a great job.

Great experience with WB Arthur throughout the process to get things cleaned up and dried out. Manuel and Marvin helped us with everything and did a fantastic job. 5/5, they were awesome. Things were left dry, and the work area was tidy throughout the process.
Our only hiccup was our initial invoice for the project. The invoice had an error for employee time, but WB was quick to correct the error and get things sorted out for us. They went above and beyond, reaching out to make sure that the charges were correct.
We would be happy to work with WB in the future if we run into similar plumbing issues.

I can’t speak highly enough of Shane and Nate with W.B. Arthur. Shane and Nate displayed a high level of professionalism and made my family, and I feel comfortable throughout the entire mitigation process. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they added significant value in taking the time to recognize my family’s personal needs, including our sensitivity to allergens, multifaceted protection of our home, and cleanliness (numerous times each day – which is huge for me). They exceeded my expectations in all areas, including patiently walking me through the process step-by-step numerous times.  I highly recommend Shane, Nate, and the entire W.B. Arthur team.

The team who handled our water remediation situation did wonderful job. They were prompt, polite and professional. They showed up, every day, to check the status of our job and worked quickly to survey, document, etc., with very minimal disruption to our day. I would recommend this team and company to family/friends without hesitation.

WB Arthur cares about their customer. The company was referred to me by my plumber to fix some water damage in the house, and they acted very fast. Their people are all super easy to work with, never missed a single phone call or email whenever I want to ask for updates or have questions. I was kept up to date during the whole process. Although I don't want to have a second chance to hire them (that means my house is damaged again!), I'll definitively give them a call if I ever indeed need help with.

Shane & Nate w/ W. B Arthur did such an amazing job with my water restoration & mold situation in my kitchen and dining, very polite and made the job appear seeming less! They have always come in and saved the day! I highly recommend them when anything like this happens at your home, even calling them before you call your insurance.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE CORE BY WB ARTHUR! I had a plumbing company cause water damage and their insurance brought WB Arthur out - worst decision ever. They were extremely unprofessional to deal with throughout the process and were not listening to my concerns regarding the water damage. They brought in 4 fans and moved my fridge about 3 feet out from the wall. 11 months later, my house has black mold and other mold in the areas where the water damage occurred, there is mold growing behind the fridge, the moisture in my floors are still reading high, they are refusing to communicate with me and ignoring my emails and not giving me their business liability insurance. Julia hung up on me mid-sentence when I called her. I am suffering from neurological symptoms from disseminated aspergillosis and have black mold in my HVAC plenum due to their job and not being accountable. I am trying to file a claim but they are ignoring me. I would NEVER recommend this company! This has caused me to shut down 2 of my businesses, I had to get an attorney for the outstanding repair and medical bills, and there's no apology or resolution in sight. They just ignore my emails, and hang up on me when i call. Super unprofessional.

Michael, Marvin, and Manny were amazing. They did what they said they would do, were very professional, moved quickly, and were very competent. I consider myself fairly sound with construction/materials but these guys were next level. And to make it even more of a great experience, they were able to get here the day it flooded and assess everything as well as communicate well with me while I was out of town. Great crew!
