Isidro and Logan were amazing. They came out early and on time to my house to check into some moisture I was experiencing from a leak in one of my pipes. They educated me on my options and what any downstream impacts would be in the future. Class act guys. I'd recommend them to anyone who has experienced water damage.

We had an excellent experience with W.B. Arthur Restoration, specifically with Mannie and Logan. We were scheduled within a day of our call for an assessment, and the repairs were done SO quickly and efficiently. Mannie and Logan were easygoing and did a superb job!

I very rarely post any reviews online, but I'm making this exception because I was so very favorably impressed by the excellent service provided to me this past week by the local Core/WB Arthur team. I want to commend specifically the site team Isidro and Isaiah, who very promptly and efficiently came in to begin water damage remediation work, and did such an excellent job in this first phase. They contacted me by phone about 30 minutes in advance of their arrival each day, explained clearly what they were doing, answered all my questions, and completed the work quickly and effectively. Highest kudos for an excellent job so far, which I hope will continue in the next phase of this project.

We had a water leak that needed mitigation. I called Sunday and they were able to come out the next day to check the damages. It can be overwhelming if you never had water damage but the staff at W.B. Arthur gave my family and I some reassurance. Robert and Eric were pleasant to deal with. They answered all my questions to where it made sense to an average Joe. The front staff also were very helpful. If you guys are deciding whether to go with W.B. Arthur, do not hesitate. They will take care of you! They are professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Call them now!

Aaron Rodriguez was major help & quick to respond. Woke up to a major leak, Aaron came 1.5 hours later and got me setup with drying out my ceiling, and followed up on time the very next day to get my dry wall cut out. He was very prompt with responses and very detailed on the what/why and overall the job being completed. Very satisfied highly recommend

Manny, Eric, and Robson did a great job of taking care of two places where we had water damage in our ceiling. They clearly communicated with me about everything they were doing and what they found, explaining the best course of action to ensure that any mold would be eliminated. They were careful to minimize dust as they removed only as much sheetrock as necessary and covered our furniture. All in all, they were a pleasure to work with as they smoothly moved our house back to rights. Lindsey and Kristina in the office explained the whole process and provided all the information I needed. Kudos to everyone at W.B. Arthur for a job well done.

I rarely write reviews for companies even when I am really happy with my experience, but I'm moved to write one for W.B. Arthur. Everyone I spoke with from the company was great, but I especially want to highlight Lindsey. I had a water heater leak that required mitigation and restoration construction work. It was a delicate situation for me because my insurance didn't cover the damage. Lindsey was compassionate, understanding and professional. She was an excellent communicator and devoted a lot of careful attention into coordinating the work that had to be done in order to fit my budget. If you ever find yourself in a similar position and feel overwhelmed about researching a company you can trust, look no further than W.B. Arthur. And if you are lucky enough, you could find yourself working with Lindsey.
