Quickly responded and was at my house at the appt time. Awesome service, walked me through the entire process before he started and gave me a detailed follow up once done. Didn’t try to oversell services and offered proactive advice. Thank you and will definitely be using your services for future preventive maintenance.

Ismael was very informative and honest, quickly identifying the issue and fixing our heater within the hour!

Always awesome service very knowledgeable also Alicia set my appointment for weekend since it’s the only time I have off from work thank you for that highly recommended on this company

Ismael did a thorough job checking and cleaning our AC for the summer months ahead. He gave me feedback about our older system that is still working fine. I bought the bi-annual maintenance contract because I felt confident in his ability and work ethic.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend!

I recently had Creative Comfort SOLUTIONS come out to service our air conditioner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From scheduling the appointment to Ismael's professionalism and expertise, everything exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had our AC up and running smoothly in no time.

Ismael was courteous and took the time to explain what needed to be done, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, it was a stress-free and efficient service. Our home is now comfortably cool again, thanks to CREATIVE COMFORT SOLUTIONS
If you're looking for reliable AC service, I definitely recommend giving them a call!

Ismael Lopez with Creative Comfort Solutions did a fantastic job with getting our home A/C back up and running. We appreciate his prompt response and quick diagnosis to fix our issue. We will always call when needing A/C repair or maintenance.

Ismael was great. We have been having issues with our AC randomly freezing up and he noted that our fresh air intake controller wasnt all the way plugged in and most likely malfunctioning sometimes. He cleaned everything, was informative and punctual. Great company and will use them if I need AC work again.

Ismael did a FANTASTIC job!! Quick, efficient, and done within the hour. Diagnosis and repair all done. Great job!! Will be my go to!! Thank you again!!!

Bottom line, Ismael and Creative Comfort Solutions will do right by you. My A/C went out, and the original company I hired diagnosed it as a likely coil leak but did not fully diagnose it. I contacted a separate company for a 2nd opinion, and they didn't diagnose it either - only quoted me a price to replace the coil and entire system. I contacted CCS, and Ismael not only properly diagnosed the leak, but also repaired the system for me at a very fair price without any pushiness to upgrade to a new system. Top notch service. 5 stars in every aspect from start to finish.

This will be my forever AC repair company! They are top notch! Alicia made scheduling my appointment easy. She was even flexible with my crazy work hours. Ismael was extremely professional and friendly. They fixed my unit without all the price gouging. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for AC repair/replacement. Thank you so much! Oh!! And the respect they have for your home is untouchable, all the way down to the shoe covers they change to walk in and out. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Ismael and his team were fast and able to come out same day. He's local to our neighborhood which was a plus. He explained the issue clearly and made sure to check everything thoroughly. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy something that wasn't needed and made sure I was getting the best price and quality product. Thank you and your amazing office team :)

Amazing service! I live in North Carolina and my AC went out at my rental house in Buda and they were able to come out and fix the problem in less than two hours. I am so impressed and thankful!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Creative Comfort Solutions. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and reliable. A huge shoutout to Ismael, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

Ismael was kind and professional the whole way through. We were not getting honesty from other companies we had come to look at our 3 year old unit and Ismael made sure to do a thorough inspection and let us know it wasn’t as bad of a fix as the other company had suggested which was a huge relief to us. We are thankful we found an integral company to help us. 10/10 recommend.

Creative Comfort Solutions technician Ismael arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning our dryer vent. This company is highly recommended. Also the price was low.

We noticed a water spot on our ceiling right before we were going out of town and Ismael came 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the issue. He also recommended we reach out to our home builder to fix it for free, when he could have easily profited from the work himself. Creative Comfort Solutions was amazing to work with and we will absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for honest and kind professionals for HVAC work.

Ismael is awesome, very professional and fair, frendly and understanding. No tricks, no hidden costs. Wouldn't use anyone else, even if it saves money.

Being able to trust those doing services in my home is invaluable.

I had an excellent experience with Ismeal at Creative Comfort Solutions. From start to finish, the service was professional, honest, and efficient. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way I could understand. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t try to upsell me—he gave me clear options and fair pricing. The repair was done right the first time, and my system has been running perfectly ever since.

If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Ismeal at Creative Comfort Solutions. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs. He also installed my Nest like a pro.

Ismael responded to my call today immediately, and as luck would have it, he was able to be at my home within the hour as he was just finishing up on another job.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the needed parts on his truck to repair my air conditioner and he had my system up and running within 2 hours of my initial call to him when I noticed I had an issue.

I've worked with Ismael a lot this summer on other properties I own/manage and as usual, he is always professional as well as knowledgeable about different systems and installations and he is very fair in his pricing. He has earned my trust and commitment to continue to use him to keep my business and my home systems up and going.

I was very impressed with Ismael at Creative Comfort Solutions. He was punctual and got right down to business diagnosing my A/C issues.
After performing some test on the system he quickly discovered what was causing the problem and found a cost effective solution for us.
If you need AC repairs or even a replacement unit call Creative Comfort Solutions, you will not be disappointed.

Ismael is always prompt and his work is very thorough. Have been using him for my HVAC maintenance for a while and have been very satisfied.
