Ismael was great. When our AC went out late on a Friday afternoon in July, he was there promptly the next morning to identify the issue. It sounded like he has many years of experience in the business and clearly knew what he was talking about. He was open and honest about prices and solutions. Would highly recommend creative comfort solutions to anyone in the Buda area.

Ismael provided outstanding service! He arrived within two hours of my call and quickly repaired a clogged drip pan. He also took the time to evaluate other potential issues for future repair. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend his services!

Creative Comfort Solutions was highly recommended to us when our AC was blowing hot air and they did not disappoint. Ismael was able to come by the next day and was thorough evaluating the problem even contacting the AC maker to arrange for this to fall under our warranty. After the fix he wasn't comfortable with the numbers he was seeing so he ordered another part under warranty to make sure the fix was absolutely correct. It's been awhile since I've seen this level of service, thank you Ismael!

Our toddlers room wasn’t cooling down and we were very worried. Creative Comfort Solutions came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed our problem immediately! Ismael was knowledgeable and informative. He involved us in the process and left us feeling super comfortable and happy. He also was so respectful and wore shoe covers, which others in the past had not! We are just super satisfied with Creative Comfort Solutions and definitely recommend them, 5 Stars!!

I am so impressed with Mend Services. My home is experiencing a mold issue that has began to spread throughout my home. David Moncada came out to simply consult the issue with me, charging me nothing. During the consultation, David went the extra mile not only listening to my situation and "consulting" but asked to go into the attic to look for visible signs of how the AC unit was working. He showed and taught me many things of how my unit worked and how mold shows up. He then went even further by opening the unit in multiple places (places that had never been opened and tightly sealed since we purchased the home). Just opening the unit alone took a considerable amount of time. He wanted to simply take a look at "something."

After he found where the mold was showing up additionally, he showed me through the pictures he took from the super tight space. I was simply amazed and surprised with the amount of work and effort he provided for a "consultation." This was straight up work, and he wasn't leaving until he was satisfied!

David made me feel very valued. His 20+ years in the business truly demonstrates his expertise, was extremely passionate about his work, and is just a really cool guy that talks very "a matter-of-factly!" He provided me some next steps to take and how the process works. He didn't try to sell me anything, our pressure me to make any decision prematurely, most of all, he spoke highly of Mend Services without overselling the business. That's how its done!

I need to shout out to MEND Services again, especially to thank them for the knowledge, professionalism, kindness and skill sets of their plumber Mark Akers. He is an a master class of his own and they’re lucky to have him as part of their team.
I discovered that a few small drips in a pair of our children’s showers, needed far more attention than just replacing the valve cartridges, but on a Sunday morning Mark happily drove the hour out to help assess and fix. After hearing we needed to tear into the tile, that shock quickly wore off as I watched the man work his magic, removing and replacing both faulty valves of the back-to-back showers, through a single 12” hole from 1 shower side only. Impressive. He kept us informed and everything tidy, and remained cool as we drove from one Depot to another locating the necessary fittings. Thanks for sacrificing one of your few days off to save ours.. Awesome work Mark! Thanks so much!! Jon S

Nick has been to our house multiple times for various electrical issues and always does a great job. Most recently he rewired some outdoor lights and indoor plug so they weren’t all tied to the same switch. He also added power to a new storage unit. Nick’s work is thorough and detailed.
