Best company and staff I've worked with in services. Completely accommodating to my availability to schedule a replacement system, came by last minute to help me inspect my system and give me a quick boost of refrigerant to get me thru until a full install. Miguel was courteous, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away. After replacing an original part capacitor on one of my blower units, he suggested looking at the same part on my other unit and sure enough, it was almost going out as well. I really appreciate doing business with a locally owned family oriented company. They came out the same day I called and I felt the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck’s for the Kyle, Buda and South Austin area.

After a month Bosch finally replaced the unit that should have only needed a board. It happened because of Chuck's: Matt's persistence and his team that did an amazing job of installation. If you do not have Chuck's as your AC company, you do not have an AC company! They are stuck with me for life. So grateful!

This was the first time Miguel has serviced our home unit. It’s been Chuck Jr and another gentleman the past few years.

Miguel was very professional. Explained everything he was going to do, offered to switch out our filter while in the attic and pour some cleaner through the pipes.

I’m counting to be amazed by this company. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, but Chuck continues to hire on the best.

I initially selected Chuck's AC because they are a family owned business, and that is getting harder and harder to find. I have worked with them now for years as I own a couple of rental properties plus my home. I cannot say enough good things about the team, their service and their willingness to come back when there are issues. I normally don't post reviews, but they recently went above and beyond and wanted to share my experience.

Everyone dreads a broken AC unit when it’s a hot day. However, I just had my AC fixed by Chuck’s Air Conditioning Repair and it was as painless as it could possibly be, I’m elated that I found them on Google. Jarrod, the technician, was at my home in less than an hour and my AC was fixed so we could enjoy the remainder of the day. I can’t say enough positive things about Jarrod. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and worked hard getting the repairs done. Even better was the reasonable cost. If you’re in need of HVAC service, call Chuck’s, they are the best in Austin!!

Service person Miguel is very knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything , provided good information about my AC system and the condition it's in.
