Michael did an excellent job servicing our HVAC needs. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through what was going on in terms I could actually understand. I really appreciated that he gave me a couple of options, explained the pros and cons, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.

He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and double-checked everything before leaving to make sure the system was running properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.

I’ll definitely be requesting Michael again for any future HVAC work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional technician.

I came home from vacation to an A/C issue. I called Cory and he came as soon as he could. Got us up and running and then came back to replace our fan motor that obviously needed replacing. Prompt and dependable service from a great team! If you have a problem, call them now!

Won't use anyone else. Period. The short: catastrophic failure of system causing water damage to large portion of home. After waiting for a predatory service vendor from our home warranty company for over 7 hours and then trying to take advantage of our situation by over $2000. I denied and called Corey after dinner time. He sent Chris that night. Expert knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy was welcomed after the previous tech's visit. Next day at 9am, they had their crew out there. Complete system in by lunch and nearly half the cost of that predatory service company. They are passionate experts who truly take care of their customers. Thanks guys, will be singing your praises to all we know!

Cool Kings installed a new system five years ago and very happy I chose this family owned business. Honest, prompt, local, friendly. Any issues I thought I may have they respond quickly and very helpful.

Absolutely incredible service! After being lied to by three companies who shall remain nameless, and a certain scam of a home warranty company, Trevor showed up with some very welcomed honesty. Austin could use more people like him and companies like yours. He even took the time to show me exactly what they had lied to us and our landlord about. Amazing Service!

Service specialist, Kris Showers, was honest, on-time, offered various solutions and above all did not try to sell any inspection plans upfront in order to receive "discounted pricing" for work done. Honest crew. I will definitely use them again. Upon wrapping up work, I inquired if Cool Kings had an inspection plan I could purchase for future HVAC inspection and drain cleaning because I will definitely use COOL KINGS again.

Kris at Cool Kings is not only responsive but extremely helpful, he spent the time with myself on the phone running through a few different solutions to our burst pipe in the most cost effective way possible. We've continued to use Cool Kings for over a year now and couldn't recommend this company any more

Levi and his team totally saved us. Over the weekend the AC started leaking inside the house. Had to shut AC completely off and the temps are mid 90’s outside. It was 87 inside the house last night. Horrible. These guys came out today and were super nice, professional and efficient. Absolutely recommend.

A great experience with Networx Web... and Cool Kings called me back within 10 minutes! Made an appointment on next day, Tyler came on time, diagnosed my AC and explained problem that he found to me. He come back next day on time, fixed my AC problem in less than 2 hours, resolved the temperature cannot get down issue that two other companies cannot provided right way to resolve it. The AC is running well now. I really appreciated Tyler Rolirad hard work. He is humorous, kind, friendly and very professional. Excellent job Tyler !

Amazing service! When our AC went out in the middle of the night Cool Kings saved our bacon. They showed up before 8 am the next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes! I thought we were sunk, that there was no way we were going to be able to pay the emergency expense. Much to my delight, the repair ended up being extremely affordable. They only fixed what was necessary and informed us of future needs without pressure. #blessed

Be wary of salesmen in disguise, and always get second opinions when you can... I called for an A/C check when my system was only blowing hot air. Cool Kings was responsive and came to our house quickly. However, I soon learned that my A/C system wasn't the only thing blowing hot air.... by the end of their visit they were stating that my HVAC system contained numerous Freon leaks, that the condenser and the evaporator needed replacing. The fixes ranged between $2500 and $7200 (to replace my entire system), they were so confident in their evaluation that I almost fell for it. However, after getting 2nd opinions nobody agreed with Cool Kings evaluation. The problem was actually a burned up capacitor in the condenser. Had the Cool Kings crew taken the time to remove the access panel they probably would have seen this. All in all, this $100 part from another repair team returned my system to it's original cold blowing glory. Overall, nice guys but I don't appreciate being lied to.
