We've had our system from Cool Kings for 6+ yrs and it's been great. Levi and Colten are great for service, and Cory runs a great family owned business. I highly recommend.

We have used Cool Kings for A/c repair in our home a couple of times, different issues each time. They have been nothing but professional, responsive and dependable. They have fair pricing and walk you through everything. It's nice to know that there are reliable repair-men out there that you can truly count on. You won't be disappointed using their services!!

Amazing Company. Family owned and operated. Corey, Levi, Chris and the whole crew are amazing. Down to earth. Didn’t upsell. We had an issue with master bedroom not cooling. They fixed it with proper hvac size. Installed two units. We had originals for 20 years and it was time (several minor repairs kept us limping along). Scheduled install and ironically one of the original units failed the day before. They were on time and had it all done in less than 6 hours. Also installed an attic tent. Amazing. Never been happier to spend money.

Cory, Levi, and Julian were outstanding. All around great service and took the extra step to expedite our repair and ensure my pregnant wife could make plans to go out so she wouldn’t overheat during the process. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I called Cool Kings and they came over that same day to inspect my non cooling AC. I was lucky to have had an AC that served me well for over 14 years, but it needed to be replaced. Tyler and Chris came the 1st day. The very next day Tyler came back again to replace the whole thing. The owner and his father came as well. They did a GREAT job and I have been loving the new YORK they installed.

Wow! I'm thrilled with this company! Our renters called on Sunday afternoon saying the ac went out, and by Wednesday afternoon the new system we purchased from Cool Kings was installed and blowing cold air. Corey and Tyler couldn't have been easier to work with, didn't put us off, offered financing, and just really tried hard to be helpful guys. They've earned our loyalty!

Corey came to our rescue late in the afternoon after our AC had already not been working for a day or so. He was prompt in getting to the route of our problem and presented us with multiple solutions and recommendations for replacement units. After discussing our options we came to a decision later that evening, Corey was able to schedule his team to come out with new units the next day! From the time we called for an estimate to installation and a follow up, Corey and the Cool Kings crew were fast, friendly, and courteous; everything you need when you have people working in your home!

Well, on Thurs. afternoon(the 3rd hottest day on record @ 110) our AC system failed. My husband just had knee replacement surgery on Wed so we were very much in need of a good company to respond quickly and that is what this great family owned company did. They got here mid morning today, accessed the equip & found our old system was beyond repair. So after discussing costs etc. I asked how soon the new one could be installed & their tech LEVI had the new equipment delivered to our site & they got busy!
I am happy to share we are cool & comfortable again & I highly recommend this business! 😊😊

Levi and Julian came on the hottest week of the summer, they were very helpful, kind, and professional. Made sure that my unit was back up and running and cooling perfectly. They also stayed to triple check that everything else was working following their maintenance and gave me advice to help continue to keep it working smoothly the rest of the summer. Would highly recommend this Cool Kings (Levi & Julian) to any of my friends.

I am very satisfied with my decision to go with Cool Kings. Levi and Colton are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My 15 year old old AC unit finally gave up. I was able to make an appointment and have a new functioning AC within 3 days in the middle of the summer. I can't ask for more than that! Thank y'all so much for the great work.

Levi and Gavin of Cool Kings Heating and Air are the two most professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly young men I've had the pleasure of meeting. They came in and assessed the problem and voila 20-30 minutes later my home began to cool. If you're looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend the folks over at Cool Kings Heating and Air! Used Cool Kings a few times now and they are always here to help out when needed the most. Great people to work with and very knowledgeable and trustworthy! Had a snake crawl into my compressor unit and it took out my fan. They were quick to get a replacement and get me back up and running! Thanks Corey and Levy!

Of course my AC had to go out on Sunday of 4th of July weekend! Called Cool Kings number & was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone on Sunday! Scheduled me for a Monday AM appointment & Levi & his co-worker Gavin actually arrived early! They quickly diagnosed the problem & had my AC cooling again in under 30 minutes! Levi was very knowledgeable & educated me about what not to do with my AC (no bleach) & was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Cool Kings and Levi & Gavin to take care of your AC emergencies! An added plus - they’ve were great with my dogs too! Thanks guys!

I was working out of town and the wife called the night before saying the AC was not cooling. I did all that I could over the phone to help her troubleshoot the issue but was not successful. I called these guys at 7am today. They had Levi and his apprentice out the same day. The dispatch lady said it would be between 1100-1300hrs and they were there much closer to the 1100hr mark. Levi and his sidekick were extremely professional and took the time to explain what had happened to the wife. They had her back up and running in about an hour. Service fee to come and troubleshoot was more than reasonable in my opinion and the bill overall was MUCH less than what I was expecting. All-in-all a fantastic experience (or as much of one as you can have when needing to spend money for an AC repair) and will definitely recommend Levi and Cool Kings. Will for sure use them again in the future!! THANKS LEVI!

Called Cool Kings Oct 25, 2022, they sent Levi out to assess the situation. Prompt, professional and friendly. As promised, Levi came out the very next day to change out the warrantied compressor. Levi did his job professionally and very personable.

The only downfall is I had asked for a senior discount, as mentioned in their website and he didn't talk much about it, nor was the assessment payment considered as part of payment when Cool Kings was hired to do the job.

Overall, would highly recommend as aforementioned, very prompt, professional and friendly.

Wow, what a lifesaver! Cool Kings AC swooped in like knights in shining armor when we were in a pinch. Our Nest thermostat wiring got accidentally snipped by another contractor during a bathroom remodel, leaving us without heating or cooling control. But Cool Kings AC not only responded promptly to our distress call but also managed to schedule a same-day appointment. Their technician arrived equipped with the necessary tools and expertise, quickly identifying and rewiring the Nest thermostat back to functionality. Not only was their service efficient, but the technicians also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid similar mishaps in the future. With Cool Kings AC, professionalism, punctuality, and proficiency are clearly their forte. Highly recommended for anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you Cool Kings Team!

My furnace went out during the cold snap this week. I called Cool Kings to schedule a service as I had used them before and were honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like other HVAC providers. Levi came out and was awesome and personable. He discussed in detail what was wrong with my furnace and showed me the part that failed. I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of me. I had him check my other system out and said it looked good though a competitor
said I needed to replace it a year earlier. I highly recommend them. Ask for Levi.

Cool Kings was responsive, thorough, and efficient while helping us deal with our AC issues. Corey took the time to explain everything to me and helped me understand all my options. They seem to want to do right by their customers rather than simply make a buck. I will definitely recommend Cool Kings to my family and friends.

Cool King presents themselves as a family owned & operated, "local" business. I scheduled a one time maintenance service for $89. Long story short read the Nektarios Morrow review.... exact replica of "evaporate coil problem" and it was identified by two other service companies both confirming
a "compacitor" issue. Both service companies confirmed there was no evaporator coil issue! When I asked for receipt of service and checklist upon service they had no paperwork to give me. He said he could send me pictures & paperwork. They were "nice" but extremely unprofessional. The whole visit was trying to change out the evaporated coil, and or purchase a entire system, and provided nothing in their findings. Bottom line these guys are liars trying to make a buck at the expense of "their local" community. After not receiving any paperwork or pictures after 3/4 days, I called the office. The owner referred to me as sweetheart, and quick to defend lack of receipt of service, paperwork and pictures. He finally emailed a copy of service reading nothing more than maintenance service, and need a evaporated coil for $2800 + labor. Sent a picture of the outside condenser? A few more stupid pictures that were dark? Again to reiterate, the two other services had a checklist of very clear & concise things that were tested and very clear pictures of what they took. I "unrecommended" neighbors and others that inquired of their service. I don't appreciate being lied to and taking up my time.
