Very highly recommend Bow Tie. They came out quick, were transparent throughout and offered us all available options for our leak. They spent well into the night to make sure we were not without water and Travis came out himself on Saturday to finish the job. Couldn’t be more happy with the service.

I bought a house with a lot of plumbing issues. I hired around 5 or 6 different companies that I would not use again or recommend, before I found Bow Tie. They have been to my house several times. They do an excellent job. Each tech who has been out is courteous and explains each step of the job. They have worked on toilets, showers, outside faucets, and major pipe burst during the freeze. I highly recommend them for any plumbing job. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they are good people to work with.

Jesse did a fantastic job. In and out in under 45 minutes and replaced my cracked outdoor faucet.

Bow Tie Plumbing sent Jesse out to help with our busted water bipp during the ice storm 2026. He was super friendly, diagnosed our problem quickly and came up with the least invasive repair method. Thank God we didn't have to knock down bricks to fix our spigot.

Emmanuel and Jacob did great work replacing a malfunctioning water shutoff valve. They arrived on time and quickly analyzed the issue. When doing the repair they even mounted the new valve in a way that is much easier to access. Thank you guys for not only fixing the problem, but improving the situation so it's much better in the future.

He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient (waited a long time for us to get home), & explains things thoroughly. Had a water leak in the same spot we had burst back in 2021 snow storm. Jesse and Andy took care of fixing a tiny hole in the pex line used to fix the burst years ago. I finally found a plumber in Fort Worth area that has become my “go-to” for all of my plumbing needs!

I found Bow Tie Plumbing (Mansfield, TX) servicing a neighbors home when I was out walking. The technician became aware that I was interested in their services and offered me a business card (good internal marketing). I became acutely in need of the services of a plumber when my tankless hot water heater began to leak water. Travis (the service coordinator/lead technician) promptly answered my call and scheduled an appointment for the first-thing, the next morning. I stated my needs were not emergent and was fine with next day service.
Dustin, the service representative, presented promptly the next morning and arranged to have my 17 year old tankless water heater replaced for the next morning. I was not interested in having the old system repaired given its advanced age and multiple shortcomings. He gave me multiples estimates and thoroughly explained the difference between each device to be considered. Ultimately, I elected the mid-range device, not because I thought the higher end device fees were unreasonable, but frankly because it had features that were not necessary to my needs.

Colton and Kelton, (installation technician/plumbers), presented the following morning and began installing the new tankless system. They explained what they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and explained that the water was going to need to be turned off. They were extremely professional. Well dressed. Polite. They were extremely quiet and completed the installation as was agreed to with one minor variance. A substitution was made for an automatic shut-off (more expensive) feature given the restrictions of my space…and there wasn’t even a modification to our contract. They answered my numerous questions, and are willing to give me a quote for some additional work that I am considering having performed. It truly was a pleasure doing business with the entire company….from start to finish!

When I realized the water was not coming from the hot water heater but from the supply line from the wall on Sunday no less, I reached out and Travis was here so fast it was amazing. And then when we discovered that this wasn't an easy fix after all, he refused to leave me with no hot water and again he was amazing. I am thrilled to have finally found an honest plumber. Bow Tie Plumbing will be my go-to people from this forward.

Nick was very knowledgeable and pinpointed my issue quickly. He resolved my issue and was also very friendly. I wanted to note that he also chose to walk around the outside of my house as to not track in mud. I have used bow tie plumbing twice now and I will continue to do so.

Jesse Galindo was very thorough when coming out to assess a clogged pipe for my HOA community. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what the issue was and how to correct the issue. I would highly recommend Jesse.
