Kenneth came out at 8pm on thanksgiving day and cleared our clogged kitchen sink drain. We tried for hours to do it ourselves he came in and got it taken care of. Kenneth was knowledgeable and professional and the price was more than fair. We will continue to use roto-rooter for our plumbing needs

Service was great and price to unclog my pipes and use camera to diagnose was reasonable. I called for service the same day and they came out within a few hours, explained everything in detail and went above and beyond to help me. I don't write reviews very often, but when I see exceptional service, I take note. I have had Roto-Rooter to my house twice over the course of 1 Year because we have roots that block our pipes and roughly every year we need to clear them out. Both times Roto-Rooter delivered. This time, I had the pleasure to meet Nicholas. Nicholas was professional and curteous. His 10 Years of experience allowed him to quickly diagnose the issue and clear the blockage. You pay the best to have a job well done. You pay subpar prices and you will receive a subpar performance. Roto-Rooter is in a class of itself. I will continue to recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family.

Woke up to water seeping across my family room floor — not exactly how you want to start the day. I called Roto‑Rooter, and Erik arrived quickly to assess the situation. He discovered a leaking underground pipe, and he and his partner, Andres, also found a second smaller leak affecting another part of the house.

They were thorough, professional, and worked carefully to prevent what could have turned into major water damage. They stayed until everything was repaired and made sure the plumbing was fully updated.

I’m extremely grateful for the excellent work Erik and Andres did. I can finally relax knowing the issue is resolved. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews but the quality of work provided by Kenneth and Zach warrant a review. I had a significant drainage issue and Kenneth patiently and systematically was able to clean the main line. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pride in his work. He really cared about wanting to help clear the blockage so I could be back in my house. Zach was extremely friendly and did great with the camera and had great communication.

Had Cable's Plumbing come do some work. Part of their effort included a pressure leak down check, where they attached a meter to the outside hose faucet. Their work was good and prices ok but a bit on high side. Overall satisfied with effort. HOWEVER: paid for the work and the water supply was turned off at the meter. They said let a pvc connection dry and turn water on in hour. We had work jobs to do and did not turn water on until about dark. They had left the outside faucet on so the pressure would be low on the new joint when the supply was turned on. I shut off the faucet and went inside. This afternoon I noticed the faucet had about a 2 gal per hour leak that could not be stopped. I called Cable's Plumbing multiple times and not once did I get a call returned. I had to hire someone else to basically repair their lack of quality control.
Plumbing work I would rate at a five.; Price a 3.5; Quality Control 1.0 and Customer Support a 0.0.

I had a quote for 1,175 (plus an $85 service call) to fix my leaking pipe.
I don’t know anything about plumbing and before spending $1,000 on work I wanted a second opinion. I call Cable’s.. They came out and was able to fix my issue that day in about 20 mins. Cost me about a fourth of what F6 Plumbing wanted to charge me.
Cable Plumbing will be my good to plumbers from here on out. Thank you for a wonderful and fast job..
Please be careful on what company to use. There aren’t many out there you can trust to be honest. BUT this is one you CAN trust !!! Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

I highly recommend Cable's Plumbing if you're needing any type of plumbing work done. They are excellent at providing the best experience possible during the stressful and annoying circumstances that plumbing issues often cause. Garrett has been out to my home multiple times, this time with David, and they provided wonderful customer service. They are kind, respectful and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use them over and over again when needed. Thank you Cable's for providing top notch service!

Cables provided wrong diagnosis about the issue with my shower pan in the shower area. They cut up my closet door and drywall to investigate the issue and told me was my shower pan that was causing the water leak. I stopped taken shower in it for 2 months and couldn’t figure out why water is still sipping out to outside foundation area. Later I got an inspection camera and found out a pipe leak in the shower wall. I contacted Cables’ owner but he chose not to do anything about their wrongful diagnostic. He charged me four hundred and twenty five dollars for wrongful diagnostic and provided 0 customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Should be 10 stars!! I am so impressed with everyone at Cables Plumbing! So respectful, so hard-working, knowledgeable, and honest. They made our replacement of all our cast iron pipes to PVC within the budget and time-frame promised. Will be recommending them to everyone for all plumbing needs. Thanks so much!!
