I got tired of the good Ole boys in my area not being able to do much with my old house and it's pipes. Enter Roto Rooter. Yes, the same company from the old days. Jose came out to try to get the system flowing but found a lot of roots. Jose was very professional and told me it needed a camera inspection. Jason Fleming, another very professional service provider and really nice guy came out. He worked up a plan to fix our aged draining issues and I am looking forward to reviewing the upcoming work. I am grateful for their quick actions!

Excellent, efficient service! Clogged, backed-up plumbing is never fun for anyone, but Luis quickly evaluated the problem and gave me the cost for repair up front. He had everything needed to fix the problem, and he went through several tests to make sure that the job was complete. As a whole , I was grateful for the speed at which they were able to get someone to my house. The follow-up visit with a camera was a bonus for peace of mind.

We had a toilet clog due to roots right under the flange. The parts needed to be replaced resulting in under -the -slab tunneling. The team was prompt and communicative. Dave was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was considerate, communicative, wholesome energy, and a pleasure to work with. Although the price was 2.5x less than what another company quoted, it’s the experience with the team that will bring me back.

The only place that was available immediately, the plumber was very professional and took care of our issues immediately and provided me with everything I needed to do to work with the city to get other issues resolved. Would highly recommend and fairly priced given the urgency of the situation

They busted my septic pipes, then told me it would cost 10k to fix. I asked to run the camera after they ran the snake, and the camera guy left. I fill like they did not do the job correctly. Had to hire another company to fix the problem
