Called for a dripping bathtub faucet to be fixed. Was told each day, “maybe tomorrow” and on the 3rd day they stood me up. No call or text to tell me they couldn’t make it. Sorely disappointed.

Just want to come on here and share my more than exhilarating experience with Cobb and sons ! Their expertise is unmatched , timing is nothing short of impeccable , and they’re very well mannered whilst doing their best work! I had a leaking faucet and water meter and they got it fixed immediately! @Judy Hayes , people get busy! I understand your response wasn’t immediate but the impending changes were going to be fantastic . Maybe next time bare with them and wait for excellence to come to you. Called Cobb Plumbing regarding a toilet that was leaking and a couple of other things. They scheduled me promptly and arrived on time. Kevin and I talked about what was needed and then he went right to work. He was very polite, friendly and professional. We couldn’t figure out the source of a water leak in our bathroom. This had been going on for some time. The baseboards were even rotting. We finally called Cobb Plumbing because our daughter highly recommended them. The problem was fixed that very day and the cost was very reasonable. This is an honest, fair minded, and knowledgeable business. Glad to know they are around!!

He came out on the first freezing day of our recent ice storm to unclog a pipe (that another company had worked on a week before and only pushed the clog further down then wanted thousands to dig up the yard to get to it!!)
