Honest and very capable. I had a backed up toilet that three days' worth of plunging couldn't break. They had it unclogged within 15 minutes and identified the root of the problem (builder cut corners on a brand new house).

Arrived the day after I called to make an appointment. The work was done in a timely manner and efficiently. Will be calling them again when needed.

Called Bill Cobb & Sons Plumbing today for a shower clog. Wasn't expecting them to come out today but they kindly fit it in their schedule to make it out TODAY!! The gentleman found that our outdoor pool house shower is just running out into the yard and isn't tied into the other plumbing. We had no clue. My husband will now be able to do what he needs to do. We will definitely call them again with any of our future plumbing needs.

We are so happy with Bill Cobb & Sons Plumbing and specifically Kevin R. He was scheduled to come Wed. for a leaky pipe, new water heater and installation but called Tuesday and said his schedule opened and he could come within the hour. We were thrilled! What a kind, professional and thoughtful young man Kevin is. He took time to explain the installation and answered our questions. The cost was significantly less than the two competitor's quotes we were given. He also tightened a pipe under our sink and adjusted the flush on our commode. We'll be calling Bill Cobb and Sons for all our future plumbing needs and will be sharing our positive experience with family and friends.

Our water heater went out this weekend. We got a quote from a different company, and after family advised us it seemed high, we got a second opinion from Cobb & Sons. They replaced it for half of what the other company quoted us! Very quick and friendly service. We definitely feel we can trust them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.
