The 2 men that showed up were very sweet, but wayyyy too old to be moving. It took them almost 4 hours to make MAYBE 6 trips. My husband ended up moving the washer himself, I moved bedframes, etc. In my email, I stated that we would be in the same complex, just a different building. They were told by someone in their office that we were just going to be moving to the floor right under us. So instead of sending a big truck like stated in the contract, they sent a tiny budget truck. So even if we kept them around to finish the entire job, they would've had to send another truck, which would've taken more time and cost more money. Very poor communication on their end. I called and left a voicemail and still no call returned. Will NOT recommend.

This company went over & above to accommodate moving 2 offices within giving them a 36 hour notice. We have many future projects coming up and they will always be my go to. Just wish they were on the East coast

Very affordable and polite staff! They were very easy to get a hold of and wrapped all our furniture and made an extra stop for free.

Overall this first floor one bedroom move to a second floor one bedroom move was good. I paid extra the day off to add another helper to expedite the move. The guys commented several times how easy the move was. Very few heavy items. At the end they gave me a survey which I rated as positive. It had a place to add a tip which I wrote $60. Around 35%. When I turned the form to the person in charged he commented on the amount I tipped. “This is not going to work. We deserve more. We need at least $40 per person. Some people tip $100 per person” he said. I really felt intimidated as they were all looking for my response. This was unacceptable and frustrating. I did eventually gave them $120. I’m sure I’m not the first who was given this treatment. I reached out to the office and they said they could “try” to get the money back from the movers. This is not their policy to manipulate the tip amount. Scary thing was the movers know my phone number, gate code and apartment number. Just be aware.

Worst movers ever!!! Stole some of my belongings! Some had ankle monitors and did not see at first. That was more than enough for me to cancel. Complained that they had to go up stairs. Wanted to sit around and not work. Just the worst movers I e experience in my life! And they kept raising what they originally told me they would charge. When I tried to ask for my belonging the wanted proof Which I did. They didn’t want to reimburse me and when they did it was a fraction of what it was worth. Not just that but it was a heirloom artifact. Just disappointed and very unprofessional of them to conduct business this way. Please do your research with them. Never again. If I could give negative rating I would.

We hired Reasonable Moving Services to move a friend from Dallas to Bonham. The two movers we had were Alex and Christina and were great to work with. They were very careful with all of the items, padded AND wrapped each piece of furniture so we experienced no damage. Their office confirmed everything in writing up front and they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Could not ask for a better experience. Moving can be very stressful but their people made it fun and painless. Highly recommend them.

If you want a company that has lazy workers, breaks their contract, targets women, and does not provide full services - this is the company for you!
I was recommended by a friend who did not have such a crazy experience. Scheduling was a breeze. However, the men did not show up with the proper truck. They promised a 19 footer and showed up with a 16 footer. The “supervisor” James, was very sure that 3 foot on a truck did not make a huge difference. Anyone with math skills can know that 3 x3 x 10 would have made a huge difference. I’d like to note that I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.
The men showed up, and milked the clock because I was a single female using their services. What should have been a 3 hour move max, was a 5 hour move. In those 5 hours they only cleared 20% of my apartment and were very sure that taking any boxes would eat into my moving time. To go back, they wanted an additional hourly rate. These men DID NOT reassemble the things that they disassembled in these 5 hours. They also did not grab a single box! Only furniture was taken.
To top it all off, they broke a part of my headboard and SAID NOTHING. Tried to cover it up with a tacky glue job. (See photos)
My husband, who was deployed, called and spoke to James who was condescending by telling him that “anything the movers don’t get on the first move, a second trip will be made on us” but when it was time for that to happen James tried to flip the script on me.
I commend these men for moving “heavy” furniture in Texas heat but it absolutely should not have taken that long. What’s even more infuriating is that James as a supervisor, was unavailable to hear my complaints. He ignored my phone calls when I did call to complain and once the movers were done, he suddenly was available to tell me that “I didn’t complain earlier, so why am I complaining now”.
I am disgusted by the misogyny that took place during this move and the way that things were handled. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. They are crooks who won’t get the job done. -
I hired this company in July of 2023. My experience with scheduling was great! They were very responsive and followed up daily. Trouble began on the day of the move. Theu were over 3 hours late. I asked for 2 movers and 3 showed up. I was told since there 3 men I HAD to pay for 3. Everything was packed and wrapped. All they had to do was load and unload the truck. One gentleman took several breaks to use the restroom on my time. When it was time to leave they needed to stop and get gas and snacks...Again, on my time. The commute from one place the other was 30 mins. 2 of the 3 gentleman had a plan and attempted to work it. The 3rd older man just would not go with the flow. He needed someone with him for everything. It took them 8 hours to load and unload a 2 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture. I forgot to mention they left 25 percent of my furniture at the house. Not to mention I had broken glass and scratched furniture. I hired another crew to move those items. I contacted this company and expressed my concerns. He asked me to have the movers call him. I never heard back from him. When I called he didn't answer. I left messages and no response. My tab was over $1k. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD

Two movers were provided to move half of a two bedroom apartment. There was a substantial amount of furniture, but not too many storage bins or boxes. Was quoted at two hours of work and was told they would arrive between 1 and 3pm and they would call when they were 30 min away. At 3:15, after I hadn't heard from them so I called. No one answered, so I left a voicemail and sent a text. 30 min later, the manager responded saying that he was out of the office but gave me the number of one of my movers. I also called him, left a message, and sent a text. Didn't get a response until 4:30, and was told they would still be 1-1.5 hours. 7pm, they finally show up and I'm told they only accept cash. Due to their lateness, the apartment leasing offices were closed and could not let them use the loading docks, so they had to load using main elevators, which took substantially longer. The movers also asked for our help (several times) for help wrapping the furniture. Considering I was paying them, I didn't like being asked to help. The move took them three and a half hours, finishing at 10:30pm. In this time, they didn't put the furniture where I wanted it despite my directions, and didn't reassemble most of it. Two of my plastic bins were broken in the process as well as one of my drawers on an expensive wooden dresser. They tried to bill me for four full hours and which point I told them I needed to speak with management. I explained the problems with the loading docks, their lateness, and lack of professionalism by not communicating just how late they were going to be. I told him how the process had eaten up nine hours of my day, and I was only paying for two hours and could not pay in cash. He agreed to charge me two hours and accepted a credit card. Neither the manager or the movers ONCE apologized for being four hours outside the provided window. The movers themselves also demanded $30 tip apiece after not even reassembling my furniture. I appreciated management letting me off with only paying for two hours, but even the $185 was too much for what they provided. Also extremely disappointed that no one ever apologized or cared that they took up my entire day, and left me to unpack my apartment at 11pm.

This was my 2nd move with reasonable movers. They always make the process seamless and satisfying. They go above just moving your furniture. They're courteous and their customer service top tier.
-
Very unprofessional, took double the time they should have, took a 45 min break on the clock when they were suppose to be driving to the 2nd location, damaged furniture, left furniture behind, and tried to intimidate for a tip.
I hired 3 movers on 3/17/25 for a short move from a 2-bedroom apartment to another 2-bedroom apartment 5.8 miles away. Took them 6 hours to move with minimal furniture.
I will be reporting to the BBB. They have an F rating with the BBB. -
The guys (I think Antonio, and Gary) that assisted with moving my belongings, were Awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful. It's a black owned business which I do my best to support. I wish I had more funds to give as a tip. I would definitely be using Reasonable Moving Services again in the future. Ive been referring Reasonable Moving Services since yesterday to my professional friends. I am Extremely Happy with their/your service.
One Happy Customer,

Exceptional attention to detail leading up to the move. Very clear on pricing. Showed up on time and worked quickly. The moving team blew us away with how fast and professional they were. Took excellent care of my belongings just as if they were moving a member of their own family. I would strongly recommend your company to any of my friends or family. I spoke with 5 other moving companies and chose Reasonable Movers and I'm happy I did! Best rates and Best Value in DFW....Thanks for caring. It’s nice to see there are still companies doing “ the right thing” for their business. Thank you for having such a great crew!

The absolutely worst moving experience. They intentionally took forever, they took a 45 minute break on the clock, and then they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Left things behind, broke furniture, this business has an F with the BBB so I would NOT waste your time and money.

Trey & Joseph did a phenomenal job moving us this Saturday. They worked quickly and handled all of our valuables with care. I would recommend Reasonable Moving Services to anybody in the DFW area!

So, I had an all of sudden large move that needed to be completed. This company had the best prices around. The hourly rate was much cheaper than any other company that I was quoted for. Every single company that came to my residence said that it would take 12 hours or so to move (I also used their packing service). I had a three BR 2 bath and garage to move.
The people were very nice but let’s get to the three stars. The packing service did a great job but didn’t disassemble which made the movers have to do it extending their time. Each time there was an arrival window, they arrived right at the end (for example 9-11 was 11) not to nitpick but this made it so that we missed the window to take the boxes to storage. This led to me having to schedule ANOTHER move! On short notice. I was told that they would come back in the morning but then at the last minute they weren’t able to come. I paid all of the fees each time as if there were two separate moves which was not my fault!
Also, the rate was not prorated so after paying for two moves and the packing, a minute longer was charged as the entire hour.
I will say that they didn’t seem like they were milking the time, but originally they were aware of the amount of stuff and the location that they would be moving to. And instead of communicating their needs and expectations they ended up being $1000 more than the next cheapest company. In total based on the other quotes for how long it would take, I expected to spend $680 on packing and $1380 on moving. The packing was actually less (except I had to provide my own supplies which was $500) and I spent $1960 on the moving. AND there were things left behind. The washroom was not moved and there were boxes throughout the garage, and things scattered around the house.
This isn’t a bash because I actually think that this company is not bad. Overall, they were still fairly cheap but if you have a lot to pack and move, I’d suggest another company. That being said, I think that for smaller spaces they would be great. ☺️ -
Outstanding experience with Reasonable Moving! I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. Not only did they finish the move well ahead of schedule, but they also did it with absolute precision and care. Every item, from the largest furniture to the smallest delicate pieces, was handled with the utmost attention to detail. Their team worked like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that everything was packed, transported, and unpacked seamlessly. The entire process was stress-free and smooth, thanks to their expertise and dedication. If you're looking for a moving company that exceeds expectations, look no further than Reasonable Moving. Five stars, without a doubt!

Great thing is they communicated extremely well, arranged everything nicely and showed up on time. The things I had moved are: 5 piece sectional that they dissembled; refrigerator, TV stand, vanity mirror, floor mirror, (2) dresser chest, washer-dryer, TVs, and miscellaneous items packed in the garage.
I dissembled all (3) beds to make transition quicker but, that didn’t make difference.
I will never hire anyone working by the hour, especially when I see them moving slow. This job took a total of 5 hours. Had to stop the job b/c so much time had went by. I didn’t even get to load the rest of my things. Had to find help else where. The drive to other home was 18min.; unloading about an hour.
Once completed I was asked to go look at my furniture to check for damages. The things that were damaged were hidden. Could’ve just been transparent about busting up my amore($350 TV stand) cracking the corners of my bluetooth vanity mirror($800), and scrapping-denting my fridge.
Never again. Then expected to get paid in full. -
Outstanding moving service and company. The movers were professional and cordial. They got the job done correct the first time. No damages to my property at all. I would strongly recommend them if you’re looking for a great, affordable moving company in DFW!

Absolutely would not recommend this company. Started with a call a few days before the move telling me they had scheduled maintenance on the truck the day I was moving and could I move it to the next day. When did moving become flexible? I told them I could do the afternoon before my scheduled date and they gave me a window from 1-3. They got there at 3:15 and the guy doing the paperwork smelled so strong, I thought I was going to get a contact high, if you know what I mean.
They were very slow to get everything packed up that it put us right smack into rush hour traffic, which of course meant more time on the clock. I stopped to get them McDonalds since it was getting so late, they moved my stuff into my house and the above mentioned mover kept smacking my furniture into my newly painted walls.
I ended up unwrapping the furniture as they brought it in to hurry the process along. When it came time for the bill, they tried to charge me an extra hour for going 7 minutes over, which was because they were soooo slow. I have never had 3 movers take 5 hours to move a 2 bedroom, 1 office home. I refused to pay the extra hour and only after they left did I see the damage to several of my items, including a lot of scratches as well.
My daughter was supposed to use them next weekend and I told her to cancel and she did.
Would never recommend these guys to anyone.
