Work was unfinshed, the yard was not well done, its not leveled well and grass is all over the place, left rocks in vegitable beds, and plants are not growing ,and he doest respond to calls and didnt come to check . Too expensive and too little quality and no warranty. Asks money for things not completed by him. Beware.

contacted me 40 minutes before our pre-scheduled consultation that was confirmed and reconfirmed, both the address and the appointment details.

they in turn blamed the software change, and that they do not service my area. fine, let us say it made an error - tough it out, and come through because not only did you make a commitment and confirmed it repeatedly, but I rearranged my day and availability around this appointment. don't rely on them nor trust them.

Andres and his team were professional and created a beautiful hardscape wall and installed some amazing Box Woods that has made my pool area more enjoyable. In addition, they keep me informed of the progress and promptly complete the job.

I called this company to get a sprinkler system leak fixed. They arrived on time identified the problem, and fixed, within 2 hours. The quote was simple and straight forward, no surprises. They are and gives and reliable company. I'll recommended, and I'll use them again! (Hopefully not soon!) Keep the good work going guys!!

Bottom line up front: If you value your relationship with your neighbors, not being subjected to civil liability, having a project completed in a timely manner, and having your project completed with the required permits hire a different business.

My neighbor was getting work done on her yard and hired Blue Stone Landscaping. Unbeknownst to me, and my neighbor, Blue Stone would be accessing her yard from mine. I/she was only informed of this when multiple people were trespassing on my property on a Monday morning. When I called Mr. Villareal about the issue, he had no qualms about trespassing but assured me it would be fixed later that day. After several follow up emails regarding the damage to my property, I received a response on Saturday that Mr. Villareal did not believe my yard had been damaged and would not be fixing it on any timeline but his own. I was assured that the issue would be remedied at latest the previous Tuesday but if my experience is any indication of his adherence to timelines or the truth, I would find a different company. The markings he put down for his crew on my sprinkler heads were promptly ignored. I am unaware of what assurances he gave to my neighbor regarding permits, but he definitely did not have any after my I called the City. Even after constant admonishments regarding coming onto or further damaging my property Mr. Villareal continued to ignore these requests and I finally decided to let the police deal with it.

In short, I never hired Mr. Villareal or Blue Stone Landscaping to do any work but instead of doing the right thing Mr. Villareal will find any way to cut corners.

*Update* As indicated by Mr. Villareal's response he did indeed trespass but will not actually address his role in the situation. The threats and harassment he describes are contacting the applicable governmental agencies after requests for remediation were ignored. This response is indicative of the level of professionalism you should expect dealing with this company.

Andres was very easy to work with and responsive to ideas and concerns that we had. Good communication along all phases of the projects as well. We are very pleased with the stonework he did for us as well as a separate job done to address some drainage issues we were having.
