Superscapea dis an amazing job with our backyard, repairing our front yard, sprinkler and sod installation, lamdscape design and implementation. Dustin Sewell, his lead site manager Esteban and all the workers were so professional and knew exactly what we needed for the space! They worked seamlessly with our pool company as well. The office staff, Elizabeth etc., are also great to work. Would definitely use them again🤩

We can not rave enough about how pleased we are with our landscaping completed by SuperScapes. The landscaping turned out just as we wanted. Dustin Sewell and his team were amazing! We were not sure what we wanted and Dustin guided and recommended wonderfully. The renderings helped us visualize what our yard would look like and it all lived up to them! What blew me away on top of the amazing landscaping is how clean and thoughtful their crew was. Every day prior to leaving they cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. There was no trash, dirt or tools left anywhere. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I have never worked with a company that has such a great process from start to finish. We just hired them again to update our front yard and are having another great experience. Highly recommend! We love SuperScapes!

Superscapes is unbelievably unprofessional. There are so many other landscape companies out there that do a great job and have good customer service. Try Black Diamond Grounds instead, they've been AMAZING!!!

Superscapes did a great iob during the sales process understanding our needs and create a plan that works well for our budget. Our main contact Jeremy was great to work with, very courteous, responsive throughout the process. The initial installment of plants, and grass went well, and they completed the work with-in few days.

The nightmare started after that starting with the irrigation systems. The system was not working well and some of the areas were getting flooded and others not getting water at all. Water was flooding in our neighbors causing them grief. We stayed patient and continue to work with the company because they assured us that they will get everything fixed. It took 6 weeks to get the irrigation fixed with so much water wasted. After that when time came to fix the damages, and complete the work, for 2 weeks they went dark with no response to my messages and then finally a response that they will not be taking care of the warranty. I have 2 dead trees, several small plants that are dead, and some areas of grass that need replacement, and two hanging pots that were never installed.

First week, after the job I was so happy with the work that I was looking to write a review with 5 stars, and 2 months later it is disappointing to be writing this review.

My yard and flower beds desperately needed a make over. I called Dustin Sewell at SuperScapes. He came out and designed a plan. It was exactly what I wanted! The guys who planted the beds and sodded the yard were great. They made sure everything was left tidy at the end of each day. Once it was complete, Dustin came back to walk me through the steps to take the best care of everything. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I live at Grandscape and have over 15 years in the landscape industry. I walk this entire property daily. What your crews have done to this place should be an absolute embarrassment for your organization. Weeds in beds everywhere, dead shrubs and trees everywhere. Trash remains after crews serviced the property. Irrigation valve boxes broken. The account manager responsible for this area needs to open his/her eyes and have some attention to detail. Many missed opportunities for additional work, but when you can’t get the basics right, you don’t deserve any additional work!

Superscapes is the the Lawn care of my subdivison, twice they cut my sprinkler line and when I called to look and fix they refused. the lady was very arrogant and refused to take any responsibility. do not hire them as they grew a lot and they don't care about customers, they only care about big contracts they have from subdivision like the one they have with mine, which pay them more than 600K per year.

I would give them an "F" rating. They know nothing about sprinkler systems and even less about plants, grass or trees. Everything they plant dies in a short time. They are nothing but a "glorified" mowing co. Would not recommend them!

Very unprofessional, they used a weed wacker right next to our low milage mint condition Supra Premium, on both sides after asking to please not do it.

Damaged both sides of the car.

Im still dealing with their company to get their liability insurance.

Remember, if this happens to you. They are liable to fix your car for the damages they did. Blake still has not called me once.

Most likely going to hire an attorney if they dont resolve it soon.

7 years ago Superscapes worked hand in hand with our pool builders to design and landscape our yard. The experience was phenomenal, the communication easy and our yard a tropical paradise. 7 years later, after all the expansion and growth they have experienced, we knew just who to call when the Ice-Mageddon of 2021 took 3 of our 4 large Sable palms.... Dustin and his team again went over and beyond with the request. Our experience and the job were beyond our expectations and I highly recommend them for all of your landscape, treescape and design needs.... Ive already got them designing our new house landscape and we excited to work with them again in the near future.

These guys do the grass at West Mockingbird Apartments. They move furniture on patios, jamming items against doors and causing damage to doors and fences. I have it on video for when I move out, hopefully the complex doesn’t try to charge me. Not to mention they drag an entire lawnmower up each set of steps and bash it through the patio gates when a weed whacker would do the job easily and more efficiently. It’s what they used to use before I came home to damage every week. I wouldn’t recommend them. Terrible. Avoid them. No standards and don’t care

Update: they actually jammed my chair against my patio door so I couldn’t open it from the inside. If there was a fire I would have been trapped. Make sure your insurance knows if you’re using these guys, you’ll prob lose coverage

They were in our apartments blowing dust and leaves and I tried to love my car before he started blowing where my car was and he continued. I backed up out the space to move and instead of him staying on the other side he walks in the street behind my car and starts blowing again I pulled up more to move away more cause I was situating my self to leave for work and he did it again even though I was well away from the area he was working on. It appeared spiteful and purposely done. Then when I got to the end of the drive he walked back toward the original area the whole thing started in. Unnecessary. So I leave a comment. I would have let it go but he didn’t.

Maybe If I leave a review they will come fix the damages and stop tearing up our front yard. It took me a month of calling before I got an answer which is basically that I need to continue to fix the issue on my own since they are contracted through our community. I'll let the pictures speak for them selves.

Horrible is the best way to describe these ppl. They don’t take accountability for their mistakes at all. My car window got broken when they were cutting the grass and not only mine someone else vehicle as well what a coincidence right!!! I spoke with the manager of the landscaper he gave me his number and said everything was going to be taken care of. I took all the proper steps went made a report with the leasing office and a police report. Called the manager the next day and he all of a sudden had amnesia smh. It’s been well over a month and I haven’t heard anything about my window these guys are not professional at all.

The landscaper broke my sprinkler on Friday (9/6/24) and didn't even have the courtesy to notify me of their mistake or attempt to fix the damage they caused. There is no integrity with this company and this is the second time they have broken a sprinkler without saying anything. I'm sure IF they fixed it, it would be an inadequate fix.

If I could give these guys NEGATIVE stars I would - they completely ruined appearance of my lawn as I am on the corner lot and the HOA and SuperScapes are NO HELP. But this is SUPERSCAPES Fault 100%.

There are clear tire tracks from their mowers, they assume zero responsibility with the HOA - WILLOW WOOD.

Not only did they destroy the SOD when the house was built in JAN 2024 - they keep destroying it. I have the greenest lawn on the block and yet the side is WRECKED from these guys.

SuperScapes - honor your reputation and fix this. Pics attached.

BEWARE!!! They don’t Take responsibility for damages !!!!! 5-29-25 at 3:55 pm , Superscapes riding lawnmower cracked my windshield when a rock flew off behind it . It was witnessed by my 11 yr old granddaughter, who was in the car while I was picking up to go food inside a restaurant in the same parking lot .
I came out , took pics , spoke ( with a translator at corporate office ) , the whole incident . I sent pics to corporate with the original scared text my grand daughter sent me . With all that , pics of the windshield, real time scared texts sent , real time corporate speaking / translating . They never had the decency ( Kris Abbot ) to get back with me until MY agent got involved !
Then he responded that , no his compnay did not do it !
Shady company , no reason to choose one that doesn't not take responsibility , or even respond until pressured!!
Good Luck current customers, hope nothings gets broken, or worse someone gets hurt !!!!!

A updated on this company here that thier employee made a rock chip my CTS COUPE CADILLAC thus your. I am putting a picture of what the BBB said about the company. People please don't trust this company!!!!!! Now this tells a lot about a company that will not respond to the BBB!!!!!! OMG I am very happy that Jesus Christ sees everything thing that go on in our life !!!!! Like the word of God tells us don't take revenge. God tells us He will step in and fight our battle against our enemies!!!!! 2025
