We have used this company for over 8 years and they are professionals. Our apartment community always looks well maintained.

These guys murder my 5 series bmw with their leaf blowers everytime they roll through. I called them several times and left voicemails, left messages on their message board on their web page, no return calls, I stood outside and told the guys to stay away from my car, when I went back inside they all started laughing like beavis and butthead, and came back to my car, and started blowing it. So I called them up again and explained that someone would get psychically assaulted if they continued to blow sticks and debris at my car.

They acted like they do no harm, and told me that they are calling the police.

I get it.... I'd probably want to call the police too, but at some point in time I would have also tried to take some accountability.

They don't have to though. They are locked in a contract, and can act as they please, and are accountable to none.

Ok so to my knowledge, the purpose of the leaf blowers job is to blow leaves and collect them in a professional manner but everytime these people blow my patio they leave leaves (the irony) on it that weren't even on there before they started and I have to eventually clean up after the cleaners (how ironic once again). These people also blow leaves on nice cars intentionally I've watched them blow dust and debris on nice cars and not on average cars as if there is a personal jealousy or something. This company is a joke and provides sub par service at its best.

I just wanted to say thank you and great job to the guys who keep Preston Bend Apartments beautiful. They do amazing work and keep our community looking nice on a regular basis! They work hard to keep it beautiful!

Very unprofessional company and I do not recommend them at all. They do not care about their clients. They will damage your property and deny claims and not accept responsibility.

The landscape worker weed whacked an area with NO grass and busted a sprinkler pipe and it exploded. My car was scratched and my windshield cracked and more. They take ZERO responsibility!

The other one star reviews match exactly with my experience with this company and dealing with the upper management. They are a joke!

If you like grass clippings all over your car when they finish, this is the company for you. Even after my wife asked them to stop blowing grass all over our clean cars, she got "no habla" even though she was speaking Spanish to them. The property manager has also repeatedly asked them to either stop blowing grass on people's cars or at least blow it off before the move on.

Unfortunately I can't add an image of their latest grass masterpiece on my car.

I can see from previous responses that the owner of the company doesn't care that his employees are so careless with the blowers. He apparently thinks it's perfectly fine to leave customers cars covered in grass and clippings. My brother ran a lawn care business for 30+ years and his policy was to blow anything that gets on the cars off so they aren't covered with grass and leaves. That's obviously not the policy of this company.

Richmond & Associates has done many jobs for me at the properties where I am the Construction Project Manager. They have always shown up on time and acted very professional and my client is extremely happy with the work they performed. I trust them so much to get the job done right and in a timely manner I had them install channel drain at my house. The whole team is a pleasure to be around and they truly care about fulfilling your needs. Bryan has been phenomenal to work with and is always responsive to my needs. If you are looking for landscaping, irrigation, drainage resolution, outdoor kitchen or property maintenance I highly recommend Richmond & Associates.

I was recently contacted by James about a review I left regarding my experience with Richmond & Associates Landscaping as they service our entire neighborhood. although he seemed happy to help me resolve my issue the results remain the same. A scalped lawn to the lowest level killing my grass. trash that they ran over leaving behind tiny pieces of cut up styrofoam all over the yard. a damaged sprinkler head. and tire marks all over sidewalk and driveway. as If that is not enough we pay very large water bills and keep lawn sprinklers on auto timer to keep a healthy yard. it’s very disheartening to see the lack of professionalism and laziness when it comes to these commercial lawn care companies when a little attention could have made a big difference.

Hace unas semanas, nuestra empresa Avo Logistics suministró concreto para un trabajo realizado por usted, Andrés. Según la información que hemos verificado, la propietaria de la vivienda ya efectuó el pago completo por los servicios, incluyendo el material que le proporcionamos. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha no hemos recibido el pago correspondiente por parte suya.
