I am a current client of Moon Valley. Even after their initial planting they are very helpful. Just today, Eddie, who was just coming by to ensure that my plants were doing well, went above and beyond. I had a small palm seedling that was starting to grow under some rocks in a tight spot. He was able to retrieve the plant from a tough spot and transplant it to another area of my yard. They have been a pleasure to work with!

Highest marks to the team at the Carrolton store with a special shout out to Alana, who is a world class expert and is as patient as you could hope for if you (like me) have the opposite of a green thumb. She treated our major tree install like it was happening at her own home and went WAY above and beyond - always with a smile on her face. Kudos also to Stefani who guided us through the before and during and after process so there were no surprises and made a major project as stress free as possible. Alana and Stefani are a great team and they have set the bar HIGH for Moon Valley. Tip of the hat to the management team that recruited them. We will be repeat customers and will ask for Alana and Stefani from Day 1 thanks to such a wonderful experience. Bravo!

I worked with Jeffrey Brown and he made everything super easy. I purchased a bunch of shrubs for my landscaping company, and the whole process went really smoothly. One of my workers went into the store for me and they didn’t speak English, but Jeffrey was patient, used a translator, and was able to take care of everything for them. Later I called to finalize the order, and it was quick and simple. I really appreciated the extra effort and respect he showed. I highly recommend Jeffrey and will definitely be calling him every time I need something.

This place is a joke. We bought tons of plants and trees for our new home. 27 hollys died within 2 weeks. When we reached out to get a solution, they said to give it 60 days as they needed to acclimate or recover from shock. It took months but they finally replaced them and lot and behold, exact same issue. Their products are inferior. We haven’t even bothered reaching out to them again as dealing with them is just more stress. We bought an equal amount of greenery from a different nursery and it’s thriving in the same yard. Surprisingly it didn’t have the “shock” that moon valleys products have traveling 10 miles in Dallas. Should also mention they conveniently have failed to refund the tax paid even though we gave them a tax exempt form. One manger claimed they misplaced it.

I had a pool built in my backyard mid 2023. There was a beautiful Crepe Myrtle at 1 end corner of the pool and it looked so great with the white marble deck and banana trees on the other corner. I soon realized the Crepe had to go as the blooms got in the pool and stained the marble. Having vacationed 17 times on the Mexican Riviera I loved the various type of palm trees so I went to the Moon Valley Nursery in Carrollton, TX to begin that search to have a bit of Mexico in my backyard. That particular day Carly was at that site and walked the lot showing me different trees and I finally knew the Date Palm was my choice. The tree was planted Oct 2023 and was 30 years old weighing 3000 pounds and looked exquisite by the pool.
The 2023 winter was extremely harsh and my opinion is the tree didn't have time to acclimate to being in the ground and then the bitter temps didn't allow it to survive.
The story goes on and Carly recommended replacing with a Sabal Palm which I've seen a number of these trees in the area and well suited here. She assigned Madea the task of finding a replacement tree. She orchestrated having 4 Sabal palms transported from their farm in Southern TX to Carrollton for me to choose. My Sable tree isn't quite as large as the Date palm, but just as impressive. It was planted April 2025.
I have met so many of the team & what is crazy amazing as a lot of them are family......Carly, Cy, Alana & Leighton + Madea and I don't recall if Colton is a sibling or not + several MVP team names (Christian Hall, William Crawford, Eddie Vallejo) & may have been others, but I don't recall. Overall the Moon Valley team all have made for a great Customer experience for me.
Carly gave me a great price when purchasing the Date palm.......the warranty allowed the Date palm to be replaced with the Sabal palm.
With each planting the team members were all skilled in their roles and work as a single unit which
Alana has been a sweetheart giving me the "white glove" customer care that reaffirms that the quality of service is equal or even tops the quality of a product or service a company provides and that is my assessment of this great company - Moon Valley Nurseries.........

If I could give zero stars I would I can't stand a company who can't take accountability there lawn care team damaged my brand new car no one speaks English no one cares several run around asking for photos and estimates when you they knew they were not going to take accountability I will not let this rest

One of the most incompetent landscaping companies I've seen in business. It takes 6-7 guys to do the work of what would be 2-3 guys who knew what they were doing. They bounce from area to area without finishing one and moving on then back, they cut tree branches down and instead of picking them up they try and mulch them out of laziness into the ground leaving sticks and debris everywhere. I'm not sure how they are in business. Terrible fit and finish. Look elsewhere if you value you're time and money.

Shout out to Randall Lawrence for saving my HOA and our landscaping needs. He is communicative, reliable, dependable, and does what he says he is going to do. He takes pride in his work and his crew and represents Superscapes as a top notch manager. If your HOA needs new landscaping, call Superscapes and request Randall, you won't be disappointed.

The employees are horribly rude. One of them yelled at me in the alley this morning when we he was pulling in and I was pulling out. It was a scary experience!

I never knew how many services a landscaping company could not only offer but master and with ease. We were given Superscapes info as a referral on our neighborhood's website and have renovated the entire exterior landscaping/lighting, outdoor living area w/ kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace, etc., morphing our boring backyard into an exotic oasis! The process was fun, they demonstrate superior artisan-ship in everything they do and the work was done expeditiously and priced very reasonably. We highly recommended Superscapes to anyone in north Texas who wish to transform their home into a sanctuary!
