The team at Moon Valley was great. Chase helped us pick out three great trees for our backyard and the install was fantastic. Everyone there is professional and wants to make sure you have a great experience.

These guys came out to our home almost immediately after contacting them. Gave opinions, recommendations, provided visuals, and were very easy to work with. Installation was quick and everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly. We worked with Jeffery Brown and would highly recommend.

Jeffrey was so helpful helping us finding a tree that needed to be replaced. He is so knowledgeable, and friendly. We are super happy with our new tree and his exceptional customer service . Definitely recomend him for your new tree purchase.

Jeffery Brown assisted us in picking out some beautiful indoor house plants for our new home. He was so knowledgeable about all of the plants and trees! He took all of us (our crazy kids too) through the entire nursery and really rolled out the red carpet for us all. We were introduced to the entire staff. Dion greeted us promptly at the door with ice cold waters for everyone. The Manager Richard worked with us and made us a great deal. They had crafts available for the kiddos to stay entertained. The available selection of plants was just beautiful. Will be returning for all of our future plants, and even some trees soon too! Thank you for this great experience.

I had a great experience here! I was assisted by Reggie who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the many questions I had! I did not know they offered landscaping services! Tons of plants and mature trees to choose from and also an awesome selection of yard decor.

Stephanie was a huge help and very knowledgeable about the various fruit trees and plants on site. I ended up getting some blueberry bushes and looking forward to seeing how they do this season. Overall a great experience.

Jeffrey Brown was amazing! I arrived and he took the time to give me a tour of the entire nursery! I have never been treated so well. This place has everything you need from trees to shrubs and the service is absolutely amazing. Stephanie was amazing as well!
I will definitely be back to use their complete services for landscaping and just advice on care of what I have already. You guys are the best!!!

I am updating my review and decreasing the stars to from 5 to 2.
We are completely satisfied with the 3 tress we purchased. They were delivered on 11/17.
Two of the trees are nicely supported with wood bracing. The third tree does not have any wood bracing.

On 11/18, I sent an email to Christian Hall, our sales person, asking about bracing for the 3rd tree. I never received a response. A a day or two later, my husband called Christian to ask about it. Christian said he would investigate and get back with us.
On 11/22, after not hearing back from him, I called him again and left a message asking, once again, about bracing for the 3rd tree. As of today, Christian still has not responded.
I guess it is very easy to be attentive during the sale, but very difficult to, at the minimum, respond to a customer's (who paid just under $2k for these 3 trees) simple question about bracing for a tree.
We, therefore, are not able to recommend Moon Valley Nurseries.
Summary:
Front end excellence, back end neglect.

The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, but Jeffery Brown truly stands out. He went above and beyond with his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, taking the time to answer every question and make sure we chose the right plants for our needs. His customer service alone made the experience exceptional.

On top of that, the quality of their plants and trees is outstanding—healthy, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, Moon Valley Nurseries is the perfect place to build a beautiful, thriving landscape. Christian Hall has been such a huge help with our landscape project. From picking out our trees to helping us care for them Christian has been there to help us every step of the way. Would highly recommend anyone looking for new trees to work with moon valley nurseries and absolutely ask for Christian.

I am not a plant person …
But went to moon Valley looking for stones…I didn’t plan on buying plants or flowers , I don’t know anything about it. However, Jeffrey Brown came and gave me so much information about Gardenias … I ended up buying a Gardenia and a Camelia plant . So happy with my purchase. The camelias have flower already . Thank you to Jeffrey for taking the time and patience for explaining every question I had . His customer service was the best !!! All employees there were so attentive and helpful!!!

LOVE this place! 💖 I worked with Kyler today and he was not only knowledgeable and professional but also so kind and took the time to explain the difference between the plants I was looking at, even when it was not going to be a big sale. He also told me Moon Valley grows their own trees 🌳— 5,000 acres of farmland! Theses trees are healthy and beautiful. Worth the drive! Highly recommend.

If you are going to get some trees or get your front landscaping bright and beautiful with new plants, definitely go with Christian Hall at Moon Valley in Carrollton. He does a great job of picking out the right plants or trees and where they should go. He also checks up on them to make sure they have what they need to grow into big beautiful trees like ours (vitex, crepe myrtle, red bud, with a variety of bushes and knockout roses).

I finally pulled the trigger on my landscaping after talking with many different companies, I decided to go with Moon Valley. Stephanie helped me through the whole process made everything very streamlined for me. Also helped me decide on different plants and different areas of my yard that I was needing.

I would recommend talking with Stephanie She is a great help. Thank you again for everything.
