Horrible experience, the movers were late and smelt like a blunt. Then went to the wrong address even after I texted him the correct address before leaving my storage. Then sat outside for 30 minutes after taking 40 minutes to get to my new place when it was only 15 minutes away from the storage. They dropped my belongings as well as breaking my table and scarring my couches. They never assemble any like I was originally told and some of my stuff is missing!. The mover then tried to hustle me and gove me an outrageous price and had the nerve to ask for a tip. I've reached out to dispatch and they told me they weren't in the office and someone would reach out to me. Its been weeks and I have yet heard from anyone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Extremely unprofessional. They mention $80 for 2 men with min of 2 hours and truck charge of $89 which is the norm but they lack commitment . I booked packing service at 11 am to 1 pm and the packers guy called me at 6:15 pm in the evening after continous follow ups saying he can move it tomorrow with additional guy. This is completely unexpected and they are not worth your time . Please avoid for god damn reason .

I was quoted for 3 movers and 26 ft' truck. I was contacted that morning to be informed they would show up in a 19 ft' but will make more than 1 trip with a free hour. They showed up an hour late. After giving them the inventory for the 3rd time of what I needed moved. "The movers told me they didn't want to make more than 1 trip, and didn't feel comfortable with that much weight on the truck and we'll have to reschedule" I told them "No, I need to move today" They just gave me a blank stare and didn't show any remorse. "I told them if you can't do it today I'm going to cancel the whole thing" All I recieved in return was shoulder shrugs. After I talked the owner, I find out that the movers lied to the owner and told him "I didn't want them to move me, because the size of the truck". This happened on a Sunday afternoon, we've had all of our utilities switched over and everything. The owner was very apologetic, even paid for an hour for me to move with another company but your company is only as good as its workers. If he gets new workers......

Although these guys were friendly, I felt I was over charged. First thing, I asked for two men and they sent three which cost more money. Then they took 5 hours to move a small storage to another storage. After all of that I was quoted one price of $530 and then when I explained I had to go get more money I was then told it would be over $600 on top of these guys asking for a tip. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I am handicap and in a wheelchair which doesn't make matters any better. This is one company I will not use again.

DO NOT USE, Movers showed up on April 10,2023. They showed up late, the older guy stayed down stairs in the back of the truck while the younger guy took his slow time on wrapping furniture till my daughter, 73 year old mom and my self started taking furniture down stairs myself.Once furniture was delivered the guys ask for a $100 tip a piece and when I told them we did most of the work, he said by chose. I told him the next time dont sit in the back of the truck and watch women bring furniture down the stairs and over charge me. I REFUSED A TIP for sorry workers.

We needed to move some of our stuff from the old house to the new house that we just bought. After searching around, we decided to hire them, because their price was the cheapest among all the moving companies around the area.
At first, I was a little apprehensive about their service due to their low price. They came to my house on Sat afternoon, arrived 1 hr late. After explaining to them what needed to be done, all 3 of them got to work right away. Late Sept in DFW is still pretty hot, temp in the 90s, and some of the furnitures and appliances were quiet heavy. These guys worked hard, moved the stuff into the truck, didn't damage any of my stuff, even though they kind of had a hard time to move the fridge out of the door, followed me to the new house and moved stuff into the new house right away.
Really appreciate their hard work, if they continue to offer the $75/hr 2 men rate, will definitely work with them again. Arriving 1 hr late isn't a deal breaker.
BTW, on the day that they came, they said their cc machine wasn't working, so it was cash only. I honestly could have given them more tip if they had change or accepted credit card.

Regrettably, my experience with Reasonable Movers was subpar, as they failed to handle my belongings with due care during the moving process. Several items incurred damage, leading to a disheartening outcome. Despite their purportedly reasonable rates, the cost of replacing and repairing my possessions far outweighs any perceived affordability. Caution is advised for those considering their services.

Today Antonio, Michael and Henry from Reasonable Moving Services helped me move my piano and a mess of fragile boxes and small items from storage to our new house. They were kind, they were professional, and most importantly they took great care with my fragile items. In the past I have used other moving companies who made the most they could by working slow and taking forever wrapping things that didn’t need to be. This was not my experience with Reasonable Moving Services whatsoever. They only padded and wrapped what needed to be, and they even paid attention to details when I had them putting a number of things in the garage, pointing out things like how they found the box that my toaster was in, and putting brooms and mops by the door where they would be easily accessible to me. They did kind things they didn’t have to do, which means a lot to me.

I do not have one single complaint, which even surprises me because they are a moving company!

I actually just recommended these guys to a friend of mine today! They were awesome! I was leery of doing a move charging by the hour, but they worked consistently and I felt we were in great hands! We were very happy with the crew and their work! Hard to find honest people to work with, but these guys are! Highly recommend!

They were hired for 9-10am. They arrived at 2:15 and blamed mechanical issues. They moved slow with three men. It took 1hr 35mins for a 45 minute drive. They milked the clock. 3 men arrived 2 worked.
