I needed my A/c system replaced after the snow storm in 2019. 3 of my units were busted. I called my previous a/c company & they gave me quotes which could be termed as price gouging. I requested quotes from 5 other companies & Bruno’s quote for the exact same system quoted by the others was exponentially lower. We got 1 system installed at a time & Bruno did not increase his price though we got the next 2 replaced over 3 years. Hands down the most reasonable, professional & polite a/c company owner you’ll ever meet. I’ve referred him to a few other friends who have thanked me for him & have in turn referred him to their friends.

Bruno was on time, kept the budget, and had A+++ service through the whole process. My AC condenser went out, I called Bruno and he came out the next day at the scheduled time. He explained to me what was wrong along with multiple options to replace the condenser vs the whole system vs new system along with new duct work. I chose full new system with duct work as it was reasonable/expected price.
I will use Bruno going forward and recommend him to my family and friends.

Bruno has helped me with my furnace twice now.
First time the gas valve was stuck. I called some others but they always wanted to schedule a “failure analysis” appointment (for $$ of course) before fixing the valve. One quote I got was ~$400. Bruno stopped by quickly and fixed it in no time for far less than half of that.
Second time was the day before the long Christmas weekend (with 10F nights). Although it was Friday late night, he helped me with finding the failure and then came in the next day (Christmas Eve) to fix the issue. Bruno saved Christmas for me and my family 🙏🏻

My A/C stopped working in the middle of the day. Bruno was able to come same day and we decided that replacement was the best option. Andres replaced my unit next day. They both were very knowledgeable, polite and profesional. Definitely recommend Top mechnical for any AC needs

Called Top Mechanical because my ac stopped Cooling during 100 degree weather Bruno came out and found a leak in my coil. Andres came next day to replace coil. AC has been working great since. Both were polite and answered every question I had 5 star plus!!

Called because my AC wasn't cooling, Andres came and was absolutely outstanding. He was very thorough in his diagnostics and then explained everything to me in detail, letting me know all of my options of service that needed to be done. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Hands down the best technician we've had.

Crazy story. My A/C died and couldn’t be repaired. I got several quotes from big companies in DFW that seemed way too high. I reached out to an A/C friend in TN and asked for help finding someone in Dallas. He made some calls and was told to call Bruno in Carrolton. I did and they showed up the next day and put in a complete unit for WAY under the other quotes. Very professional, efficient, knocked it out and I couldn’t even tell they had been there except I had a new unit cooling my home and a warranty in my email that they completed for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough. He is my go to from now on.

One bedroom always felt colder than the rest of the house. Jared adjusted the register, and I kept putting my hand up to it to check. United Home Services fit it in the same day, which helped since I was already annoyed. I'd have them back.👍

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday night and I was worried we'd be freezing until Monday, but They had someone available for emergency service. William diagnosed the problem as a faulty blower motor and had the part on his truck. He got us back up and running in under two hours, which saved us from a miserable night. 👌🏾

Air duct cleaning was done after a remodel. The technician even pointed out drywall dust in one specific vent.
Communication with the office was clear and timely.

Dryer vent cleaning in Carrollton after /our dryer overheated. Eliav removed a long lint clog and reattached the vent more securely. The visit felt calm and organized.

Gas smell scared me so I called right away. Robert fixed the gas valve and stayed calm which helped me calm down too. I asked if he was CSIA certified since we just had a baby.
Fireplace is back on without that smell.☺️🙌🏻

I had a problem with my gas fireplace ignition. The pilot worked, but the main burner wouldn't come on. I assumed it was the thermocouple or some issue with a blocked line. The technician came out, took a picture, said he probably couldn't' find the part (the house is only 13 years old), quoted a $900 job and said he coudlnt' guarantee it would work after they put in the part. These igniter/thernalcouple's are common and easily found at Home Depot or Lowes.

Hard pass on their service or knowledge. I still had to pay the diagnostic fee for 15 minutes of chatting about the part. Not impressed at all. I will not be using them again.

Chimney inspection in Allen that turned into a minor liner repair. The process was explained step by step and there was no pressure to add services. Very straightforward experience.
