Could not be happier. Friendly, reasonable. We had no water day before Thankgiving but they made us a priority. Took care of us first thing. Very pleased.

After 3 days trying to unclog my kitchen sink, and my dishes piling up, I gave up and called CARROLLTON PLUMBING SERVICES, and WOW, in 2 hours the gentleman was at my door. And in 30 minutes it's done. For any plumbing repairs I will only call CARROLLTON PLUMBING SERVICES, INC. Thank you Mr. Lefler for a great service.

I would give this company a negative 10 if possible, 1 star is a gift! Our condo mgmt service (PMG), always uses them and they are always late, over-priced and their crews arrive and just sit in their trucks while billing us as it is either "too cold", "too hot" or "too dark" to work! This time they have been trying to repair a small gas leak on a 1/2" threaded pipe riser for 2 months and they still haven't got our gas back on. Any reputable and qualified plumber would have located the leak and repaired it in less than 2 weeks for sure. This is obvious that by dragging it out their is a perception of time value and they can bill an excessive amount for no reason. Right now our bill is $4000 and growing! Their license should be revoked!

They are the best plumbing service around. I called for one thing, and they ended up fixing a lot of things. They are so reasonable with prices. I will DEFINITELY call them again, and refer all of my family and friends to them. Thank you so very much!

What a honest ethical company. I'm a contractor and have been associated with them for over 10 years. I have watched them make customers happy for this many years. It's never pleasant when you need a plumber but hears one you can trust!

We have used Ken and his team on multiple occasions (freestanding bathtub and faucet, new shower faucet and valve, and a toilet). Always professional with wonderful results. Will use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Great job! I thought I had a leak outside, turned out to be under my slab. Jason was able to locate it quickly. The repair was a lot less painful than I thought it would be. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

First I will say no one WANTS to call a plumber. I called them to fix water leak in my foundation. YEP ouch. They quoted me a fair range, did a through job finding the leaks with a stethascope device. they came to work busted up only what they needed to do, found an extra leak but did not raise price on me at the last minute. finished everything in 2 days. Work was done 5 years ago... still no problems. NOTE... if this happens again I will have them run the new lines in the attic to the junction points.

We had a leak and they immediately showed up first thing in the morning. Jason & Craig were super patient as they explained the issues and provided suggestions and fixed the problem. They were professional, punctual, informative and wonderful to work with.

Had a hot water heater leaking. I had no idea it was out of "code", Ken came and gave me an estimate, explained in details what needed to be done to make it up to code when a new one was installed. The price was fair, plumbers were very friendly, and made sure the work area was left clean. I will recommend them to friends and family!

knocked the outside faucet off the wall called Carrollton plumbing and they responded promptly and shut my water off before I watered the entire neighborhood . gave me an estimate to relocate the faucet so they wouldn't have to do any work in the wall inside my house or pull all the brick off the wall outside which was great! thought the price was reasonable and the work was completed that night

I had Carrollton Plumbing come out to my house when pipes broke in my foundation. Long story short this project was extremely labor intensive digging a man size hold from one side of the house to the other. But all' well that ends well. They completed the job as promised. During this time Ken, the owner was in contact with us every step of Rge way. Couldn't have been happier with the results.

Carrollton plumbing has also done some other plumbing work for me including replacing a garbage disposal.

Highly recommend this company. They were prompt, curtious and very professional.

Ken and his crew were outstanding!! They came quickly and got the job done in just few days - rain and all. Very professional and efficient. Knowledgeable and explained everything. Five stars is not enough for the wonderful services they provided !!!

Was quite pleased with their service in replacing disposal. Technician was very courteous and professional and went further to adjust the hose to my dishwasher to minimize backwash. I have used this company for several years and have a very positive overall experience with them. I give them 4 stars because we all have room for improvement!

Back in September of 2017, I called Carrollton Plumbing Service. My experience was:
* Friday: Quick response, owner came within 20 min after call. Diagnosis: shower neck broke. Turned water off. Had another job to complete. Stated they don't work on Sunday and that he would be out of town a few days. I was very grateful for the quick response. Paid him $175 dollars cash.
* His right hand man and another worker came on Saturday afternoon. They were not able to do the shower job (I don't remember the reason) but I also had a new garbage disposal and new kitchen faucet to install. They installed both items. The faucet was installed backwards but he had to go.
Said had a date and couldn't finish the shower job but would return on Sunday to finish the job. The next day he didn't show nor called.
* On Sunday afternoon I called the business number. An all concerned lady answered and said would call me in a few. She kept her word and within half an hour Mr. Right Hand was at my house in a bad mood. He proceeded to finish the job. He did a very shabby job. My objection to the work he had just finished was received with anger. I paid him, he slammed the front door. I texted the owner about what happened.
* Later that week, the owner came by. He corrected the shower job and corrected the faucet installation.
* Conclusion: always ask for receipt when paying cash. I was not credited for it. Never allow a disgruntled service man in your house.

I've had Carrollton Plumbing Service do work for me several times and they are always on-time, extremely nice and do a wonderful job. If you're looking for a plumber look no further.

I was having excessive water bills and then discovered water standing in a valve box. Before calling and speaking to Ken, I had spoken to several other plumbers, including a couple of them who never bothered to show up. I called and spoke to Ken, who was great. He had someone at my home within about a half an hour, who identified my issue and repaired it right away on the same day. He was great to work with. I am glad I called.

Called the owner Ken, when I noticed water coming out of my hot water heater. He told me exactly what to do to turn it off to keep more water from coming into my home. Keep in mind he's on the phone and sending a tech to my house. Couldn't be more happy with this company he gave me a fair price and the job was done very quick! First choice every time from now on!
