I’m not sure who drives the large green truck towing the excavator but he needs a lesson on road rage and patience. Almost ran me off the road when I’m trying to park and then looks at me like I’m in the wrong and flipped me off. Not a good look for your company and I definitely won’t be recommending to anyone.

Never used this company but this driver was driving crazy!! Swerving in/out of traffic. Had some road rage towards me all because his lane was slowing down because a car was turning and I went on ahead in a different lane. This is not okay. Why would I use this company for plumbing needs when their employees act like this on the job in a company vehicle representing this company.

I have had the unfortunate fate of dealing a lot with Cathedral Plumbing . They are the plumbers who did my New house and also respond to warranty calls . We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation .

Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review . Since the support structure works like it should .

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet repaired by this company in August of last year. Less than a year later, I noticed another leak in the same place—the pipe connected to the sink was loose and barely staying in place. That same night it completely disconnected, which made it clear the original repair was not done properly.

I am very disappointed in this company. The quality of the work was poor, and I expected a lasting solution instead of dealing with the same problem again. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I will not be using their services again

We had the Cathedral Plumbing team conduct a scope inspection of our lines on our new house and they were able to quickly catch a major issue for us before closing! We have been very satisfied and appreciative of the work they did for us and will continue to use them in the future.

One of the best companies I have ever worked with! Not only is the work very high quality, but the level of attention to detail is incredible. I will definitely always recommend cathedral to anyone who is looking for plumbing work!

Judging by some of the reviews of your drivers, they need to go back to driving school. Having personally experienced the tailgating, erratic lane changes and speeding, this seems to be a common theme your drivers specialize in. If this is how you people drive, I can only imagine what the quality of the work you do must be like. You have some unsafe drivers out there. I wouldn't want you to work on my plumbing.

Very pleased with the work. We were having a horrible squealing sound from our shower. Erin came out and fixed it in no time, answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease.

I called Plumbing Dynamics Christmas Eve because the sink at my grandparents' house was backing up and Dave Morgan provided excellent service! He was able to come over to our house about an hour and a half after I called and was very professional and easy to work with. My entire family had just arrived from out of town and he was very efficient, friendly, and even worked around us as we were just sitting down to lunch when he arrived. Thank you! Fast, Friendly and Fair Price!

Chad was able to remove my failing hot water heater and replaced it with a tankless system in only a few hours. He was easy to work with and explained everything to me to keep the system clean and working. Definitely will call him again anytime we need a plumber!

Came to assess my sewage and gave me 2 wildly different estimates with wildly different prices.

Had a trust worthy master plumber come evaluate my issues to back their claims , No leaks found and no major replacements were at all necessary.

We had a slab water leak and didn't know where to turn. I reached out to some neighbors and they highly recommended Chad at Plumbing Dynamics. Chad was up front and detailed in his assessment from the very beginning. No one wants a water leak in the foundation of their house. However, Plumbing Dynamics kept our nerves at ease throughout the entire process. I really liked the 'hands-on' experience Chad puts into each project. I will absolutely use them again. I highly recommend them.

If you want a fair price and good service, I believe this is the place to call. I had a water leak outside the house on the main line. Chad came out, found the leak and offered to repair the leak. I decided to have my cutoff valve changed also and he was able to do everything in one day. Great personality and professional. If I have any other water issues, I plan to call and request Chad.

My parents have a home built in the 1960's in Farmers Branch, Texas that like all homes from the 60's, has needed the water and sewer lines updated. We were so blessed to be referred to Chad and Plumbing Dynamics many years ago and have never used any other plumbing service. They have replaced 90% of our cast iron plumbing and 70% of our water lines over the years, ALWAYS with the utmost professionalism, care and kindness!

It was not the plumbing at all, it was a loose fitting on the sprinkler line and his guy wanting to help a loyal customer, simply patched it up for her. What other company would do this, when they don't do sprinkler work? Only Plumbing Dynamics.
