This is now our second time to use Cathedral Plumbing and they are outstanding from start to finish! They are fast to schedule an appointment that is always convenient for us. Brittany helped us setting up our appointment and communication was great! Both times they have been very professional, very informative about what they are doing and right on time for the appointment. Robert White was the master plumber that came out today and was so helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. If you want to use the BEST plumbing company in DFW call Cathedral Plumbing!

I have been having plumbing issues for at least two weeks. Brandon and Michael came to my home today and solved all of my plumbing issues. They were both professional and courteous! They resolved my plumbing issues quickly and they are both skilled and knowledgeable. They have the most pleasant attitudes and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Brandon and Michael!!!! You two are the greatest! (They are also very funny)

Do not use this company. I see why their ratings are low. One of their estimators after honking, flashing his highlights, and giving me the finger, tried to literally run me off the road. In a fully advertised company truck.

After moving into my new home in July 2024, I had plumbing problems with the tankless water tank. Cathedral Plumbing was able to dispatch a (8) plumbers to diagnose my issue of not having hot water in my home. This was a long process that included multiple plumbers but Brandon Harrisson came to the rescue and he did not give up, he helped resolve my NO hot water issue. Brandon is very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He made all the right calls so that I could receive a new tankless water heater to fixed the issue where the hot water valve will turn off automatically. This was a very lengthy frustrating process but Brandon performed excellent-customer service. I am grateful and recommend Brandon from Cathedral Plumbing. Thank you 😊.

Cathedral Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumber to diagnose and resolve a leak issue late in the evening, at a very short notice. Brandon Harrisson (Plumber) was awesome. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. His sense of humor lightened a very stressful situation, and we were feeling better even before he had fixed the issue. Not sure if they are good in plumbing but one of the individuals are not very safe in driving on the road I was driving down President George Bush they were on the right hand side and continuously was driving on the shoulder, passing people very fast and very dangerous and then proceeded to drive Onto the 183 exit and roll down the window and put his middle finger off at the crowd. I guess I just thought that was very bizarre and how unsafe they were driving on the road was very alarming.

I want to give a big shoutout to Brandon for fixing the leakage in our house from the tankless water heater. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to explain everything that was going on in a way that made sense. What really stood out was how quickly he handled the issue, and he even expedited things with the warranty team, taking care of everything for us. Brandon Harrison just left my home. He did an absolutely AWESOME job. We had issues with a toilet that involved the removal of the toilet and pulling out debris left over from the construction (New Home). He showed me everything he was doing as he worked. No shortcuts. First class. Brandon left the house perfectly clean, if not cleaner than when he arrived. I can highly recommend Cathedral Pluming for a professional job with great employees like Brandon!

I just witnessed one of your trucks driving north on the tollway in rush hour traffic, cutting off people, break checking slow drivers and speeding off well off over 90 mph. If this is the kind of angry people you have employeed at your company then I would never want them anywhere near my home or family! Do not hire this company.

My faucet was leaking and Cathedral came to the rescue. It was a very simple fix….thank God. I hate I forgot the plumber’s name but he was extremely friendly and kind. He informed me that the owner is a really good man and cares about his customers. Great service!

If your builder trades with this outfit you might want to do some deep research. From the start we had a crack in our shower drain pan but instead of replacing it we kept getting a patch job until we were stuck with the issue after warranty. Also I found it rather strange that we had an outside bib on the wall of the garage which doesn't get any heat from the inside of the house so it freezes no matter what we do if there's prolonged below 32 degree weather. Recently I wanted to replace the drain plug on my master bathroom bathtub which should be a simple job. Man, was I wrong, they permanently glued the drain plug in and now I am going to have to hire a plumber to redo the piping to the bathtub just to change the drain plug. 😞

I had a pipe freeze issue in my home, and Charles, the plumber, came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the frozen pipe with ease. His work was thorough, and he made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I appreciated how clean and tidy he left the area, and he took the time to provide some tips on preventing future issues. I’m very satisfied with his service and highly recommend Charles for any plumbing needs!

We had an issue with water heater, and Brandon went above and beyond to help us fix it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and took the extra time to ensure everything even though the issue had reoccurred he made sure his manager came around to ensure a new water heater was installed since it looked like a rare situation were the issue could be easily . We’re so grateful for his help and I highly recommend his services to others.

Dont use this business. They hire insane people who will drive you off the road and threaten to kill you. Video proof of break-checking and everything. Others in my city's FB group have also commented about steering clear of this business' trucks and also about reporting similar driving behavior in the past. Apparently nothing was taken seriously, or they're just really bad at hiring people. I wouldnt want any of their plumbers inside my home or anywhere near my family, I can tell you that much.

I want to give a shut out to cathedral plumbing of texas. I just want to say I appreciate them for giving back to the community. Highly recommend doing business with them. Not only do they take care of the community but they also feed the community. If you're ever in the area, please swing by cathedral plumbing and come and see the two guys in the back that are making These five star course meals which I think they are. Cathedral is given back to the community by having 2 great guys in the back. Fix meals for people that come through and do business with them!!!

We hired a Cathedral Plumbing to begin a job at our home in mid-December that required digging under our foundation to repair an old cast iron sewer pipe. They subcontracted the digging of the tunnels and then stopped working. We called them on January 5th to find out what was going on with our job because we were becoming concerned about the integrity of our home's foundation due to the rain in our area and the standing water in the tunnels. When we spoke to the owner he told us, "they had made mistakes." He informed us he wanted to come out the next day to refund all of our money. We were upset and told him we wanted an engineer's report and the work finished, and he said for him to complete the job, we would have to sign a waiver. We refused to sign a release without knowing or understanding what damages they have caused. He says he mailed a termination letter and will no longer even answer our calls. We are now left trying to figure out what has happened to our home and find someone to fix whatever it is that Cathedral has done.
