Fantastic company! Best in class service and job quality! Plumbing Dynamics does things the right way, no corner cutting. They fixed a leaking pipe in my foundation and from start to finish were communicative, transparent and professional. Once the job/dig was completed they put everything back in its place and it’s hard to tell where the excavation/tunneling took place….And incredibly all at the most competitive price. If you want honesty, integrity and great work, this is the plumbing company for you!

Plumbing Dynamics saved the day for our family. Chad was referred to me by more than one close friend so I knew a the very least, he must be good! We discovered we had a slab leak (new to us) on a Wednesday evening. Thursday Chad was out, diagnosed and was my second opinion. He knew what he was doing, had excellent crew of diggers and plumbers, repaired on Saturday (all day in August!) and came back Sunday to clean up. We had just invested in some new landscaping … wasn’t too excited to have the guys digging it up. Chad said it will definitely not look like it does now but the guys will try best to keep clean. OMG!!!! You would NEVER know anyone dug anything … amazing!!!

A couple weeks later he changed my hot water heater and has been back to reset a toilet. We have been very happy with this team of plumbers and family business. They are professionals, punctual, clean, very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Best … his pricing is fair!! Thank you Chad and Erin (helper) for taking such good care of us!! 🥰

We've used Plumbing Dynamics for both a full sewer system replacement and to fix a leaking pipe, and both times, have been impressed with their work. Their service is fast, efficient, and the pricing is far more reasonable compared to the larger companies we got quotes from. We highly recommend them!

I had a pretty involved sewer repair that involved digging very deep in my yard. Chad, the owner, was very responsive, showed up when he said he would and answered every call or text very promptly. Even though the scope of the job expanded, he finished very quickly and his pricing was fair.

Water heater was leaking and expected to need a replacement. Chad came out to replace it, but found the intake line was leaking at the nipple. Saved me a lot of money by being honest about the situation. He even checked back with me later in the day to ensure no new leaks were present.

I had a list of items to check off when it came to plumbing concerns in my home and they came in and knocked it out. Plumbing Dynamics was helpful, efficient, and informative. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Of course it would happen on Thanksgiving - water coming out from under the kitchen sink. Plumbing Dynamics was at my house by 9 am Friday morning. They even picked up the new garbage disposal. Erin (lady plumber - yes they really do exist) was efficient, changed out the broken disposal in no time, repaired a leaky pipe, and left the area under the sink spotless. Contact them for any plumbing issues.

Plumbing Dynamics was amazing when they still had Erin. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I had a terrible experience with them in July 2025 and have been trying periodically ever since to have my concerns addressed. They never call, so all I can do is warn others.

They replaced a toilet in my house, and it’s working. But Chad made a whole dramatic production about how difficult it was. Very uncomfortable energy between him and his apprentice, lots of yelling at him and cursing him every time he went outside to get a tool.

They overcharged me; the invoice gives an upper limit for the service and he charged $100 over that. I think I was supposed to just be grateful that his threat of having to rip up the floor didn’t happen.

On top of overcharging, I was also not given the discount promised to me by Erin. She had fixed the original toilet but told me I needed to get a new one and she would discount the installation. I mentioned it prior to service, and I was brushed off and it never came up again.

During the repair, they filled my entire downstairs with concrete dust and then left a working new toilet plus a gigantic mess. The worst part is the stains on the walls, though. No effort was made to clean that up. I will have to hire someone to repaint. But still nobody at Plumbing Dynamics cares except for the person who answers their phones. If they cause trouble, don’t expect any apology or accountability or any kind of gesture to make it right.

We had piers put under the house and needed to pass the hydrostatic test. We failed and discovered castiron aged about 50 years had numerous breaks. Chad gave a quick quote , no BS. Paid 1/2 at beginning. Half at end. PRICING WAS GREAT. Had 3 other corp plumbing companies come by with outrageously high bids. Support your local family businesses!

So a full sewer line clean outs and re-pipe and testing was needed. Tunneled about 40 feet under the house and another 40 feet trench in the yard.

Angel and his crew about 4-6 guys worked at our house for 8 days, even on weekends and one nights (with my permission). Hoping to get it all done before a bunch of rain came in. They did! Cleanup was impressive. Managed to save most of my grass.

Solid work ethic on Angel and his crew and they like Bomb Pops.

Found my new plumber.

Irrigation Valve replacement 10/20/25
Reduced to 1 star after a second service to change an irrigation line. The work itself is good, the reduced rating is because of the awful communication with Chad.

We exchanged texts on possible availability and work to be done but never confirmed a time. He shows up, and begins work and finishes the job while I'm away from home even though I told him I wanted to be there. Took about 4 hours of work.Then he bills me without ever providing an estimate in any form and the cost is about 5x what I was expecting for a simple surface irrigation valve leak repair. The leak was above ground inside the irrigation box.

After discussing he claimed to have emailed me the estimate but then realized my email wasn't on file and he in fact didn't. His attitude was piss poor to put it nicely and he even tried to make it feel like it was my fault. Keep in mind we are repeat customers and we dropped 15k+ with his company not 6 months ago. He did reduced the charge some but still way over what I was expecting. Still left a sour taste in my mouth with the whole experience.

If you want to change it confirm everything in writing before you even let him step on your property.

Textbook case of how to turn a satisfied customer into a detractor. I posted the text exchange with our very limited communication even though he claimed cost estimate and appointment had been confirmed, then gas lighted me like it was my fault.

I will NOT use him again. As many others have said, his communication and attitude is abysmally poor and not worth the hassle and stress. Just pay a bit more for some peace of mind.

Very Highly recommended, The job entailed went beyond the scope of initial work assessed. But the issue was quickly resolved. Chad got his crew to come by the following days, Saturday & Sunday to ensure that the leak is fixed and work completed timely. I appreciate Chad’s honesty & going the extra mile to take care of the customers. Thank you for a job well done!!! And NO SERVICE FEE to come out for assessment.

Let’s be real plumbing issues suck especially as a new homeowner. Plumbing dynamics gave me good advice when it came to dealing with a low water pressure issue, as well as fixing my immediate problem, a pipe that had burst following several days of sub freezing temperatures. They were able to schedule me in quickly, showed up in a reasonable time and solved my issue.

I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing work as they were very upfront, easy to talk to, walked me along each step of the way and did not pressure me to buy things I did not need.

Worst experience ver had. I was without a toilet for 3 weeks before they came out.I lI've in a condo they told me the entire complex needed to cut off their water to do the work which was untrue they didn't follow through with letting the complex know they needed the water cut off they expected me to do it. 2 plummers came for one person job. Horrible

We goggle the number called them explain the situation he told me send me some pictures after that he never call us back after 12 hrs I called them back & asked him what happened 1st of all he forgot 2nd I find received pic 3rd I have a same customer like your situation called me so I was confused so that is not professional then he told me sorry I send him pic again address he told me tomorrow next appointment 8:00am I said ok but no body showed up that are not professional not punctual on time and I don't know how they do there job so pls sorry for them I don't know how they run this kind of plumbing co sorry again no body showed up till 8:22sorry again ..................👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎he gave me an estimate for $725 to just join one connection I don't think so that's professional thanks again & sorry.............

I have used this plumbing service 3 times in the last 4 years. They have always been courteous and repectable. I have 3 different problems and 3 different service guys. Will use them again.
