Waited 20 minutes to be helped.Then waited 10 minutes to be told they didn't have what I needed. One sales person for 8 customer.

Heaven forbid a nonprofessional plumber has to call and ask a few questions because it's a huge inconvenience for them. Too many places around to put up with crappy customer service! Sorry for the 2 and a half minute phone call, fellas!

I needed some last minute water heater parts on Sunday right around the time they were closing, spoke to duke on the phone he was able to make sure they pulled the part and since they where closing he made sure we knew where they left it outside great customer service!!

I went in here looking for an oddball part for an off-brand electric tankless water heater. Nick Reney and Tim Martinez hooked me up! They said they do a lot of conversions, so they went and found the extra parts they had laying around that would fit my tankless water heater. On top of that they just gave them to me! Both the Mrs and I sincerely appreciate having hot water again!

Came in a day early to unload. They had me back it in and they would get to it when they had time. I was out at 1430 and at the truck stop and parked by 1500. Friendly folk, easy back in, what more could you want?

Came in for a few state water heater elements. Called ahead to very the parts were in stock. It was my first time to this particular supply house. Counter sales area was tidy and staff greeted and assisted us upon entry.

Huge thanks to the gentleman running the after-hours service at Reese tonight. He was fantastic to deal with, even at 9 o'clock on a Saturday. That kind of responsive service is a stark contrast to some competitors—I tried another supply house first and never even heard back. As a plumber, having a supplier I can actually count on in a pinch is invaluable. Reese has earned my business. Five stars.

Excellent customer service, 30 minutes will call pick up, they have a rapid delivery service for only $25 within 15 miles. IN HOT commercial water heater delivery, they put in place the heater and take the old one. The counter is well stock and they work with you on items they don't usually stock. They also offer Direct pickup with different vendors. I 100% recommend shopping here.

David Garlock, the DR Horton warranty plumber was a God send on a Friday night when I noticed water leaking from the ceiling of my new home, David was the only one who came out within 2 hours of contact to help mitigate an urgent matter. He took the initiative to assess and determine the source of the leak. He helped me with contacting my home builder, warranty company, and HVAC contractor and helping with providing thorough documentation and photos. He followed up with me within a few days to make sure the issue was getting resolved with the appropriate entity. David’s customer service skills were superb, and he went above and beyond my expectations. He truly has a caring heart for his clients.
